Another instance when I have used ParcelMonkey to post items to my daughter in Spain. I cannot fault their service. A well oiled machine at a great price and fully tracked from pick up to delivery. Excellent A+++++++

Easy to book, parcels always collected as arranged and prices VERY competitive. The last parcel, collected and delivered by Parcelforce, cost just under £12 when booked through Parcel Monkey, but just over £32 if booked direct with Parcelforce. What a saving.

First time using this site and will not be the last. Excellent value for money and easy site to navigate. Delivery slightly later than advertised but early for Christmas none the less. Delighted with the find!

Have surcharged me £12 for extra weight which my son in Singapore confirms does not exist. Not impressed with this at all. Otherwise the delivery was oak though.

Parcel picked up from the house the day after I booked it. Parcels arrived a couple of days later just as promised. Would use again. Very nice, polite couriers.

Sent two parcels at the same time to USA to our grandchildren with tracking. One is still in England one has been exported this is 10 days after collection last date of tracking 4th Dec. Posted on 29th November. Very disappointed.

Fantastic service and great rates. Was delivered in two days from UK to Republic of Ireland which is what they said. Quick, easy and much better value for money than Royal Mail or other delivery options I seen.

I use PARCELMONKEY exclusively as I have always found it to be highly trustworthy in the agents it recommends, and I have had no failures or delays of any kind. I have found that parcels sent to quite unusual destinations are
no bar to the efficiency found with local and more popular destinations.

I have been waiting for someone to another courier all day. Looked at the website collection times run between 8am and 6pm. I haven’t had any communication saying unable to collect today. Just a bit disappointing as my first experience was just over a week ago and I couldn’t fault the price, service or communication.

Avoid avoid avoid. Three times we arranged parcel collection and they never turned up. Customer services had no idea why they hadn’t turned up and just kept rebooking. I gave up in the end and cancelled the whole thing - I don’t trust them to get my parcel anywhere

Amazing start to finish, took 4 days from Plymouth to Hungary with no issues and was really easy to use.
Driver was really helpful and was kept well informed

The driver was very thoughtful, polite and friendly. He decided to call as he was passing as he thought he was going to be very busy later in the day. This fitted in with our plans as one of us had an unexpected emergency hospital appointment.
The process is easy to follow and good value for money. The parcel was delivered the next day. Ive also sent parcels to other European countries and was very satisfied with the service.
