A good collection,pleasant driver,paperwork messy,for casual user...Tracking not very up to date (poss due to christmas).real probs started when arrived for overseas collection/transit,tracking very poor,very little information on track pages,still not sure if arrived at destination yet......

When arranging and paying for my parcel to be delivered to Spain I was not made aware that the company would not deliver to a post office. (My parents collect their mail etc from their local post office). Once it was established there was a problem with the address I had given there followed several days of communication between my father and the holding company in Spain as a mutual convenient pick up point was arranged. I used the live chat to try to resolve this problem, and found that service to be friendly and efficient. At the beginning of my parcels journey, pick up was swift, tracking was easy, and arrival in Spain quicker than I had anticipated. Good value for money. Just disappointed that the parcel was held up by over a week getting to my parents.

First time I had used service but was impressed that a parcel picked up in the UK took 5 days to reach its destination in Austria in December as well. Just sent another parcel with them yesterday.

I havent received my package after 10 days of your collection .I have used parcel monkey many times before and not had any problems. This package should have gone to Greece with my other things which left 3 days ago via a European courier. Now if I ever receive the package I dont know how to get it to Corfu Greece by itself. I am very disappointed this time.

Parcel Monkey as it names imply is the worst courier company I believe in the entire world. they have not fulfil their extremely easy job to deliver my parcel from the UK to Italy. Their customers service is rather uncooperative. On the official tracking it written that my delivery address was incorrect which is false as I have asked the Sender to confirm with me that information and guess what... My address was 100% CORRECT... I wont recommend to anyone (private persons or Businesses) to use this Subcontractor courier which is probably understaffed to reduce costs an maximized the profit regardless what the customer want. Parcel Monkey is a scam and I have no wish to have ever in need to be loosing my energy with them again. Shame on your business model. Such scam should be broadcast to public. Thank you to whomever NINA, AMY or YASHIKA are for not helping me whatsoever. I think that the CEO of that company is just here to get his millions pounds monthly without leaving this world with a good legacy... VERY BAD

I took my parcel to the Post Office on 27th November, but it didn’t leave there until 30th November & it’s taken until 10th December to arrive at its destination in Germany, so a worrying time, but very grateful that it has at last arrived, taking in to account the volume of mail & the Coronavirus epidemic.

Excellent service. Parcels delivered promptly and to a shop very close to my sons home. Unlike another carrier I used which left the parcels 13 miles away from his home. He lives in Sweden.

We put our box for South of France into post office 3/12/2020 so that the box would arrive for our grandsons 5th birthday on the 11th Dec. The box was ticked as at the depot and said the delivery depot but now its went back a stage and says it in delivery country?? What has happened.

Excellent service, I was using first time with valuable parcel from UK to Poland, picked up by ParcelForce next day after booking.
Parcel to Poland came after promised 3 working days and was quicker with my son than updates in tracking history! Very reliable company, really grateful for their work, I honestly recommend to everyone! Thanks
