Simple, easy to use. Delivered on time

Item arrived at recipients address broken chipped and in pieces. Total lack of care & respect for parcel...clearly just slung about with the "it dont belong to me" attitude. Never again.

I use PARCELMONKEY exclusively as I have always found it to be highly trustworthy in the agents it recommends, and I have had no failures or delays of any kind. I have found that parcels sent to quite unusual destinations are
no bar to the efficiency found with local and more popular destinations.

I have been waiting for someone to another courier all day. Looked at the website collection times run between 8am and 6pm. I haven’t had any communication saying unable to collect today. Just a bit disappointing as my first experience was just over a week ago and I couldn’t fault the price, service or communication.

Avoid avoid avoid. Three times we arranged parcel collection and they never turned up. Customer services had no idea why they hadn’t turned up and just kept rebooking. I gave up in the end and cancelled the whole thing - I don’t trust them to get my parcel anywhere

Amazing start to finish, took 4 days from Plymouth to Hungary with no issues and was really easy to use.
Driver was really helpful and was kept well informed

The driver was very thoughtful, polite and friendly. He decided to call as he was passing as he thought he was going to be very busy later in the day. This fitted in with our plans as one of us had an unexpected emergency hospital appointment.
The process is easy to follow and good value for money. The parcel was delivered the next day. Ive also sent parcels to other European countries and was very satisfied with the service.

Dismal service all round like always. Every 2nd or 3rd year i give them another try and they always fail. Consistently. Paid for 48hr parcelforce. Took 6 days. Arguably royal mails fault. But not even worth complaining. Their service is shameful. From high hopes and being an early adopter to utterly atrocious. Actually used them to avoid queuing at the post office. Ended up having to queue anyway. Should have known then. Do not use. Trust dpd or hermes before these clowns.

Courier did not collect, and parcelmonkey would not follow up with them at all. No offer of partial refund for missing collection, even though next day delivery was promised and paid for. Very disappointed.
