I used PM in December for a delivery from London to Berlin which did not happen well (I am still waiting for my parcels, and one of them has been lost). While logistical issues in this business will appear, my experience with the claim department has been a consistent disappointment. I sent 5 parcels from London to Berlin. One parcel containing my bicycle got lost by the first courrier (3 courriers in total). I put a protected value of £700 for the 5 parcels, including £400 for this specific item. Note that when I requested PM services, they asked me to give a protected value FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL parcel. Now however, for the compensation for the lost item, they want to calculate the protection value for each kilogram and multiply it by the weight of the lost parcel, which in my case will result in £195.75 so less than half of the protected value I paid for. This is truly unprofessional. I dont recommend using PM if you send valuable items. And to answer PM comment "please note that your request has been processed and the management team is handling your case": the claim was logged a month ago and I still dont know what I am entitled to as a compensation. The management team is very slow in answering and only answers the questions they want. I dont think the case is "handled".

Highly recommend Parcel Monkey! From measuring, weighing printing off label then dropping off at local post office - it couldn’t have been easier! The instructions were clear & it took only 5 days for the parcel to go from rural Scotland to Arizona USA.
They e mailed my receipt along with the tracking number & I was able to follow my parcels journey from door to door.

Ive used Parcel Monkey in the past and been very happy. On this occasion, the parcel has not arrived at all and was sent over two weeks ago. This might partly be because of Brexit but in any case, I have not received any info on the deliverys whereabouts. I hope that more realistic information is provided in future.

I use couriers regularly and for the most part, its just standard domestic parcels, however, every now and then I will have something that doesnt fit the normal criteria. It may be heavier than usual or need to go abroad, thats when Parcel Monkey comes into its own.
Being able to have a wide selection of possible couriers allows me to find the right fit for the job in hand. Something else worth noting, quite often the price is cheaper through Parcel Monkey than it is through the couriers own site.

Takes seconds to pick a well known courier at a very reasonable price. Parcel collected during a window which you are told about in advance. Similar story at delivery so you can keep your Ebay customer in the loop and let them know fairly accurately when to expect your item to land.

Advice: steer clear pay via PayPal! Item posted 30/12 with parcel force 24. Their website reports this will be next working day, that said I expected it may be 02/01 although 31/12 is a working day. Item got lost then didnt arrive until 06/01. Given I paid a premium for this service and it was not sold as described, naturally, I wanted a refund, I would have received a better service elsewhere and not had the stress of worrying about losing an important parcel. Parcel monkey have been unhelpful and are selling a service which in their customer responses (*** customer service rep manager) advises the package can take 5 days?! If this is the case it should be advertised as parcel force workingweek and sold as such. I have requested refund from parcelmonkey to no avail. Parcel force will not refund as parcelmonkey took my money not them, which I get. Had I have booked direct with parcel force I would have got 50% refund, Service not sold as advertised. PayPal refunded the full amount a month later after I raised a case with them. Otherwise would have been small claims court out of principle. Parcel monkey should not attempt to defraud customers of their consumer rights by using their ts and cs. Wont use again. Steer Clear.

Booked a parcel to be sent via Courier through ParcelMonkey. Courier lost my parcel, but were at least responsive and informed me right away when I contacted them for a status update. Having been advised by Courier to pursue a claim through ParcelMonkey, I have now been waiting almost a week for a response from ParcelMonkeys customer support. Go direct with a courier, dont waste your time with this middleman service who are happy to collect their fees and do nothing.

I ended up using PM, as a desperate 2nd attempt to get a large parcel away, after it was rejected by a drop shop, as too big, despite being within their regulations on sizeand weight! Was pleasantly surprised when it was cheaper by a good bit, including collection from home. The courier arrived on time, at the start of the hour window quoted in advance. delivered safely in 36 hours of collection! Excellent service, price. Thank you!

International delivery. Perhaps Brexit is to blame ...and not PMs fault.. but parcel collected 18 Jan, and has not been delivered yet. Very frustrating. Recipient very anxious. Service booked - delivery 3-5 days. Is this the new normal too? Sending a package from EU to US its smooth sailing but UK to Europe is a nightmare? Really?

I booked a day for it to be collected, that day I went on a live chat asking if they could pick it up from my neighbour and they said will have to rebook it. She asked for me to confirm the address (didnt say which one i assumed she meant mine) so I put it down and she then replied "I have amended it to (my address) will be picked up tomorrow. I replied saying I only asked if they could pick it up from my neighbour as I needed to go out. She replied "just put a post visible to the courier to collect from neighbour" they picked it up the same day got tracking number BUT they also came the next day to because she changed it and because of that the tracking number just says "unable to pick up" even though they picked it up the first day.
