I paid for a 24hr service however it has taken 5days to receive my parcel.I have made an exceptions for covid and the weather. If the online tracking system had been updated and managed my expectations I would have given a higher rating.

Good service easy to book used international delivery , on time collection and delivery , communication was great at each stage getting msgs and email with information about package , very reasonably priced as well .thank you

Easy to use Parcel Monkey, no issues at all,
My issue is with Amazon uk for making me return there faulty item because magically they have no couriers in the area to pick up my item 21.2kg and 4feet long, I had no choice but to use this service!

You should take the dimensions into account before giving a quote, rather than showing cheap quote and after going ahead and giving additional info about dimensions giving a message this size is big so have found another parcel company. But apart from that very good service will definitely use again and will recommend to family n friends.
