Although prices are attractive, the couriers they leverage provide a subnormal service. Parcel Force for example always misses scheduled collection and they always invent excuses, lying on status to cover themselves. Instead of helping in solving the matters, Parcel Monkey will propose refunds that never arrive. They are basically fraudsters.

I used parcel monkey because its so easy to get a quote fast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had to get two parcels to the Caribbean as soon as possible so found their website very user friendly and a definite time saver. Prompt pick up for both parcels, especially considering the current situation with a world pandemic. I will recommend their services and definitely use them again myself.

UPS are useless. 1. Package to Thailand , UPS Tracking stated "Export license documentation is missing and is required for clearance. We are working to obtain this information." When I used the tracking number for UPS "Chat", they told me as it was "International" I needed another "Chat" link. This new "Chat" told me that they were in the USA and would not support a UK package, but gave me a UK phone number. 03457677677. On this number I was told that the tracking information is wrong and the package is progressing without problem. 2. Package to Italy. UPS Website stated that export to the EU did not need a "Customs INvoice". After three days and travelling 11 miles the tracking info stated that the pacakge was return to sender. Pack link told me that I could not use Pack Link and would have to go through UPS Direct to export the package to Italy. At this point went to my Post Office and shipped the package through Parcel Force. One simple Customs Invoice NOT the two sides of A4$ with passport numbers for the sender and receiver in triplicate which UPS required! ps Jenny the Pack Link Chat person was lovely

Never had a problem with Parcel Monkey. Website easy to navigate and use. Courier has always turned up when stated and my parcels always get delivered on time. I must confess, I have only ever used Parcel Monkey for deliveries abroad, but as I said, I have never had a problem with using them. I cannot even comment on what Customer Services is like because I have never had to contact them.

I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey´s service, having used them twice in the last few months to ship between UK and Austria with good results. Do be aware of delivery delays post-Brexit and with COVID-19 however - the Parcelforce (Europe) international priority service I chose took about nine days instead of the advertised four, and make sure you carefully complete customs paperwork to ensure a smooth passage.

I strongly advise against entrusting them with your packages, because if there is a problem, ignore the messages of the customers, simply following the standard procedures. So if a customer has any problems you wont be heard.

I just got this link from Parcel Monkey to leave a review which is odd being the packages arent even in the destination country and of course far from arriving. Well, so be it. Its been 9 days and the packages are still not in the destination country. In fact, nothing has changed on the tracking in 8 days. Customer service via email is a waste of time and they dont know anything more than what I know, so this is my situation. Trying to call them is impossible so this is also frustrating. So if you are looking for a company that has good customer service if problems arise, this probably is not the company to use. They have many positive reviews, but from what I see many negatives reviews. I which I was one of the ones that could leave a positive review, but not in my case. Its disappointing as I thought I would have had the packages already and they havent even moved. So based on this, it is impossible to give anything but one star.

Horrible company to deal with. Yes, they very responsive, etc. but not helpful at all. Parcel collected 14 days ago and tracking is not moving. They are abusing covid excuse to the fullest.

1st time user for me, and PM did not disappoint, collection from my address, got a cheaper postage with a cheaper extended cover cost, next day delivery, customer was delighted with speedy delivery, its a no brainer. Thanks ????

Really easy to use - sets out prices and carriers really clearly for you to then choose best fit for you.

It was okay, but not the best experience. The PM prefixed tracking number provided requires account creation to view, not ideal to pass onto the parcel recipient but overcome by identifying the carriers equivalent tracking number. There was a (short) delay in processing the label, which is delivered by email. Why can it not be viewable instantly like competitors websites? Label format was not ideal for printing. Clauses in compensation terms need to be clear and transparent. Prices were reasonable but let down by over complicated processes.

Easy to organize. Parcel was picked up when they said they would pick it up and was delivered the next day. Nothing broken. Great service. Ive used them a few times now, and its been this good every time.

Never, ever use this company. They lost my delivery and now I am out of pocket. The experience of using the customer service is awful, they take ages to reply and when they do reply it is just with a copy and paste from their website FAQs. They should not be able to get away with limiting their liability for your delivery and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. AVOID

You get a quote after entering basic information. You then enter the post codes and all the details only to be told that you can’t get that service. So you get enticed in but then Told No! So frustrating!
