Promising initial transaction spoilt by intransigence in aftersales. There is no excuse for refusal to reply to correspondence and answer questions,to fail to supply supporting evidence and to inform of a deducted payment. Terms and conditions very woolly, business methods seem therefore poor and even unethical. I am left with the feeling that I have been cheated as nothing has been done to help.

I have been using Parcel Monkey for several months now, when I first researched a provider they all looked much the same however I have found the service to be very slick and efficient and of course GREAT pricing.
Regardless of the name (which is pretty cool) there is no monkeying around with these folks, I had one parcel that I had a slight issue with however the issue was actually of my making and the support received to explain the situation was extremely quick, honest and factual (which is seriously lacking with a lot of companies)
I very rarely take the time to complete reviews, but I have recommended Parcel Monkey to lots of family and friends who have been equally impressed.

I booked for my parcel collection, but driver didnt show up. After checking tracking it was saying that collection was attempted. Even so why I driver didnt contact... Anyway I was waiting for cellection and nobody knocked my doors

Booked my parcel online, Printed out the label and took it to the nearest post office. The label would not scan as the post office worker said according to their screen the label had been used before. Messaged Parcel monkey and no reply. The tracking shows they have my item but its still at here with me. Useless. Last time I use them

Really great company used a few times and cant beat price. Have used pick up from my h/a and dropped at post office. Parcel info isnt always updated that promptly or else would have been 5star review.

IF YOU HAVE A RETURN, THE PARCEL DOES NOT GET RETURNED TO YOURSELF, IT GETS RETURNED TO PARCELMONKEY, THEN THEY CONTACT YOU TO GET YOUR PARCEL RETURNED. ILLEGAL. use another reputable company, there are many out there. PLUS THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE PRIVILAGE AND IT IS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL COST OF POSTAGE, eg £11.99 original postage, parcelmonekey return costs £13.99 + vat = £16.79

Had placed order for pick up and delivery. Was advised parcel would be picked up yesterday between 5.55pm and 6.55pm after sitting in all day! Courier did not turn up. Contacted Parcel Monkey who then told me they had rescheduled pickup for today, lo and behold courier didn’t turn up after staying in for second day!! Would certainly NOT recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone. Total waste of space!!

Arranged a pickup of an item 24 hours prior. 48 hour door to door. Waited in all day and they didnt collect. Contacted customer service who have rescheduled for tomorrow. I now have to print a new form and then wait in again tomorrow. The audacity and rudeness of it all. I am not lucky enough to be furloughed I have to work. I know sh"" happens but Ive paid for a fast delivery and have wasted two days waiting in. Unacceptable AVOID AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

The parcel was picked up 11 days ago and has still not been delivered or any update posted. I am really disappointed as the service is normally exceptional and while I understand there are new rules re sending parcels abroad, I think some communication with regard to the progress would have helped as there has been no answer to the email I sent, so not sure I would use the company again.

Disappointing service! I booked a parcel collection and received no confirmation of pick-up. I contacted ParcelMonkey to check as it was for urgent next-day delivery. I offered to drop off at one of their locations. They suggested I cancel my order if I wanted to drop off. I cancelled and a courier showed up about 30 minutes later. The website is ambiguous about when the parcels will be delivered. "1-2 days" is not clear enough
