Absolutely first class service. Booked after being let down by Hermes. Courier collected when promised, and parcel was delivered next day. Will be using them every time in future!

Booked a parcel to be collected on Monday. Delivery company did not show up and no correspondence from parcel monkey. Cancelled the collection only for the company to show up later the following day. Now I have to wait more than 3 days for a refund. If your an online seller this is not the company to use.

Paid to have 24 hour delivery and it took 5 days to arrive . Should not allow this service if it’s late because of covid and it can’t be committed to. Also gives a great quote then all of a sudden the price is four times as much.

Easy to book my parcel and it was no fault of Parcel Monkey that my parcel was not collected. It was leaving the UK and tha carriers stopped the service when the French border was closed.
As soon as this was pointed out to Parcel Monkey they refunded the cost of my parcel immediately.

Excellent service from Parcel Monkey UK on two occasions. The online booking process is simple, choices and prices are clear and the follow up collections were on time. On the first occasion I made an error on line and triple booked. Customer Service was fast in responding and checking my error and equally fast to ensure that my overpayment was rectified. Highly recommended.

Unable to fully rate as parcel has not arrived in Lagos Nigeria. Once this is done I should be able to fully review. The connection to the parcel company was swift they did pick up on time I am hoping that similar thing happening Lagos Nigeria.

Very bad costumer service. I reported a problem asking to sort it out but nothing they keep replying my email asking always the same info they don’t follow up the issue .very slow to answer the emails . On the web site there is a live chat never been able to find it . I’ll not recommend this website to anyone anymore.

Avoid this company at all costs. Messed up my service beyond comprehension. I will now always avoid the middle man. Customer service is extremely bad and painfully slow. Over an hour back and forth with copy and paste answers and will not admit when they have messed up. AVOID!

I ordered weights for collection and then delivery I paid for next day delivery Over a week had passed I had no item and no contact from parcel monkey I had to contact them, they apologised and said the item wasn’t collected. I asked why they said didn’t know I had to ask them to try again It’s been about a week and a half and my item is now in transit but I still don’t have it Won’t be using them again

Parcel Monkey said delivery within 3/4 days. It has been two weeks since I sent two parcels to India and they still havent arrived. When I contacted the company to help us getting through the fact that our parcels had been held in customs, they immediately tried to wash out their responsibility despite saying on their website that in the case this happens, they would help us ensure our parcels get to their point of arrival. It turns out we will have to pay tax levies that will make this whole thing more expensive and arriving later than if we had used a regular company. First and last time I use Parcel Monkey.
