DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I posted an item back in November. The item never arrived and was never returned back to me. They then ignored my emails and messages to apply for a claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY - If your parcel is undelivered you will not get it back and you will not be able to claim compensation!

This is the third time I have used this service during the last seven months in June, December & January, lockdown having prevented me from travelling in person. June delivery (Parcelforce 24 before 12pm): collected 19th, delivered 23rd (inc weekend) December (Express 24): collected 22nd, delivered 24th. January (24hr): collected 15th, delivered 20th (inc weekend). All these were from and to the same addresses. The final delivery was returned to the depot on the expected delivery date as apparently access couldnt be gained however not only was there at least one adult in the house all day, but they have both security cameras and ring cameras that showed no attempted delivery. The item was ultimately delivered two days after the expected date. This is very disappointing.

I paid for a parcel collection for a large return in mid December. I paid extra for insurance as the return was for £500 worth of items and I was understandably concerned about it getting there. My parcel was collected promptly. A week into January having heard nothing from the company about my return I called them and they said they never recieved my parcel. When I checked my tracking on parcelforce through the parcel monkey website it has been out for delivery for now about a month. I contacted Parcel monkey who I all fairness responded very quickly and got in touch with the courrier. The problem is this was two weeks ago. They have sent a follow up to the courrier for me but I am stuck in limbo with no way of accessing with my parcel insurance money or my return being delivered and recieving it that way. I cant say Ive ever bothered to write one of these reviews before but Im hopinh it might spur some action. I understand that Parcel Monkey have been trying but if they cant actually do anything then this system doesnt work for the customer. Should this be resolved I will update the review to reflect that. I just really cant afford to lose this amount of money.

Very easy to use online. Good choice of deliveries and prices.
I paid for parcel force 24 and unfortunately it wasn’t delivered for 4 days!
I also sent a parcel to France which was delivered on time.

In present circumstances im housebound so parcel monkey is the best way of sending parcels for me. The prices I find very competitive. The drivers from the companies that come to pick up are always polite and considerate. Delivery is always on time. Would highly recommend everyone to use this website.

Its coming up to two weeks. My item has not been delivered. I paid 48 hour delivery postage. Item is lost. Waiting to see if my item and postage will get refunded. Will update later . So far very unhappy and dissapointed

The complaints service is a joke. I booked 2 parcels from 2 different addresses, but only one with them, they went to the wrong address and took a parcel clearly addressed for york and took it to west sussex. They say its been collected and delivered. I have had to pay again to send the parcel I booked with them, but I used someone else, meanwhile the parcel in west sussex has gone missing, and I have to give a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid £70 for a parcel from London to Scotland. I was told it would be picked up on 31 Dec but it got postponed repeatedly. The courier service DX would call and postpone, but this information wouldnt flew to parcelmonkey who kept promising it would get picked up the next day. Finally it hot picked up on 8 Jan, after I raised a stink. Then my tracking number didnt work. Finally 5 days later, I was told my parcel was delivered to me when it wasnt! A fake signature was made and I was at my wits end! Parcelmonkey washed their hands off it and blamed the courier service. Miraculously the parcel appeared at the door 2 days later, no signature sought, no ring on the doorbell. It was just there, battered. Parcelmonkey doesnt think its fair to give me a refund. AVOID

Never Again.. I live in the East midlands. My parcel to go to Scotland was Delivered to Southampton, damaged. Parcel Monkey at first wanted to charge me to return the parcel, but eventually returned it to me at no charge. They will not refund my full postage costs and have messed me around for over a month, presumably in the hope I will go away.
