When sending parcels this is the only company to use, you choose how your parcel goes.
I chose DHL at the cheapest price, my parcel was picked up at 1.30pm and the next day it was delivered in the morning....from North Yorkshire to London!
Parcel Monkey is literally the 4th emergency service!
Love using this company, they make sending your parcel so incredibly easy, thanks Parcel Monkey!
And in these unprecedented times with all delivery services being stretched this I believe is your only option.

Easy to use and gives a variety of choices.
Two difficulties though:
Not easy to find out about volumetric weight limits so you have to assume the service chosen has worked all this out for you and accepted it is ok.
secondly my local post office wont accept parcels dropped off for Royal Mail or parcel force as the labels do not have the weight of the item printed on them and they cannot be assured therefore that the correct weight has been paid for.

Very quick and efficient collection with next day delivery, however I received an email saying that the parcel had been recalculated from 1.03 kg to 10 kg - "When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 10.00kg." As a consequence an additional charge was taken from my account. There is no way that the parcel weighed 10kg!

We arranged for an envelope containing 6 A5 pieces of paper (prints) to be delivered priority to America costing £21. After it was delivered (late) Parcel Monkey took a further £22 from my bank account claiming the parcel weighed 4kg. Absolute lies, no proof was offered to us (as there was none). The envelope weighed 219g and was C4 size. This company blatantly lies and attempts to obtain further payments from customers in a fraudulent manner. PLEASE AVOID.

Horrific service! Didn’t another courier for over one week and then failed to deliver it and wanted to charge me to return the item to me. I refused to pay so they destroyed £200 worth of goods. Emailed the ceo, he wouldn’t know customer service even if it crawled up his rear

These people took a parcel not booked with them, from a address another parcel was booked at, not even the right address, have lost the parcel and refuse to take the one I paid to have collected. Now they wont sort out the problem. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Notice!!! My experience with this company is terrible. I lost my money to this people and no one was talking about a way out of the mess. The customer care representative I spoke to kept saying there’s nothing they could do and then they stopped picking my calls or replying my mails. It was after I involved Mrs( vanessa ronald 40 ąţ ya hoo!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money.

I sent my parcel from UK to US the fastest way (2-4 day delivery ) on December 4th 2020. It was time sensitive tax papers . it was not delivered until January 14th 2021. Parcel Monkey did absolutely nothing to help and has not even refunded my money . NEVER use them
