Great price, excellent website and good drop off locations. Will definitely use again. Dropped off my parcel just before 5 on Wednesday and it arrived at its destination early Friday morning. Had 5kg of Christmas gifts we were unable to deliver personally so for £10 we couldn’t really go wrong with the options parcel monkey gave us!

I wish I hadn’t used Parcel Monkey. My parcel was meant to be in USA today but so far it still hasn’t moved from the sorting hub since the day I took it in last week. I could actually cry. I had sent a gift to someone in the U.S and now I’ve had to buy him something else and have it sent directly, otherwise he wouldn’t have received anything by the looks of things. I understand there is a pandemic and I’m sure this is what the company will reply to any such complaint, but my issue is that these delays were not mentioned during the time of booking. As far as I was concerned, I was booking a parcel collection that would be delivered in 3-4 days. Only AFTER I’d booked, did I go into the tracking and see all sorts of generic ‘updates’ about possible delays. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. Had I seen these notifications before time of booking, I would absolutely not have sent my parcel with them. I used Royal Mail at Christmas, the busiest time of year, during the pandemic and there were no issues whatsoever. I honestly wish I’d used them, but I thought the 3-4 day delivery was more appealing. It’s false information I’m afraid and I now fear that parcel and it’s contents are potentially gone forever (after reading other reviews), at the very least it won’t be getting there for a special day. I feel cheated. I feel let down. I placed my order in good faith and now I just feel sick about this. If you want to send a deeply personal gift, I’d certainly find someone more transparent. Should anything change regarding this situation (or a miracle happen that my parcel actually somehow gets there), then I’ll update my review but so far it stands as unacceptable. Customer services are yet to respond to my email but I expect it will be a ‘pandemic fob off’. Before you do do that, I’d like to remind you that had this been made clear before time of booking, you might not get so many complaints to address.

Will it arrive, wont it? Pretty shoddy, then when your parcel does go missing they dont do anything, Ive had a parcel thats shown tracking as returned to their depot in May 2020, its now Feb 2021 and its still showing as in their depot. I dont know but it always feels like more of a threat when you get the email weve got your parcel

Collected as promised/booked but still not delivered in Spain two days after due delivery date. Tracking shows its just reached Spain but nothing else to say when or how it will be delivered....not the fastest service in the world....

One doesnt always require signature or 24hrs.

I went through the entire booking process to be told they do not serve my centrally based East-Midlands address. Confirmed my a customer service agent so apparently not just a website error... I was not able to find anywhere on the website that told me which addresses they do and dont serve, so they wasted my time. I have used all couriers used by ParcelMonkey recently so I am shocked that they do not serve my address.

This parcel was collected Monday 1st February I paid for this parcel to be delivered in 3 days but it still hasnt arrived at its destination. Not a very good service !!!

Parcel Monkey does find the best prices to send packages to anywhere. Especially now with the whole Brexit situation where you have to add description and codes for shipping and customs, Parcel Monkey added a video which explains the process and how-to.
Even though this administrative declaration etcetera, Parcel Monkey made their system easy to use. And I would definitely recommend it.

Great service. But DPD need to update their locations where you can drop off. I went to four shops that were listed but didnt do pick up anymore

May as well go direct with the courier as i paid for next day collection and it was rebooked 4 times Courier i used vua parcel monkey no shows no reason no card left dont artive in yime slot given. Booked on a Wednesday for a Thursday but instead rebooked Monday no show rebooked Tuesday no show Weds tirns up after slot apparently as i thought i need to go to the shop no card left saud they come which is a lie. Have cancelled would have been quicker to go to the post office but wanted it collected. Adked parcelmonkey can I have a refund or at least some compensation for fzlsly advertising next day collection when it gets rebooked 4 times i, know their 3rd party is the courier but i just got if i cancel you will get a refund no compassion for waiting around for Courier to turn up 7 days later. I cancelled told parcelmonkey and Courier Courier advised will be cancelled i still get a text this morning yoyr parcel will be collected be tweeted 1417 to 1517 no communication. Bit late now needed it collected last week so, if your courier fiesnt show up dont expect any compensation. Or reason

HORRIBLE! My packages haven;t moved in a month and I have emailed them daily to have them follow up with their delivery people. Their responses are please check tracking and we will update you as soon as we can. This is what they tell me daily. The rep. Nicholas yesterday takes the prize-we are simply a price comparison company and cant help you further.

Parcel Monkey is good service until something goes wrong where you will have nobody to speak to and only an online form. The agents you deal online are only there to pass messages between you and the "actual" delivery company so in a sense nobody looks after your interest while you do not have direct access to the courier that has your item. I have been using Parcel Monkey for sometime now and when it works it is great but if there is a problem, you will wish you never used them.

I cannot fault this service at all Used a few times now was skeptical at first but the prices are really fair and the site is easy to use..
It takes alot to impress me but they have and will continue to use them for all my parcel needs.. Brilliant would recommend them to anyone.. I rate them 10 stars... Not 5

Lies, followed by lies, followed by lies. Over promise, under deliver. Even if parcels get delayed, rather be upfront and manage expectations. Find solutions to problems rather than lies.
