Some parcels delivered as expected, one notably has not. It is now more than 2 weeks since sent from Uk to Netherlands. When I enquired I was told that it is my job to monitor the situation, they cannot advise me when the parcels is likely to be delivered. Not at all helpful. I will use a different firm in future unless this is resolved soon.

I had a great experience posting a heavy, bulky item. The courier collected it, provided label and it arrived to the recipient in 24 hours! it was so easy and convenient, thanks

First time using this company, website very easy to navigate and got costings for several carriers and in all cases cheaper than going direct!. Once I chose and paid for the service I wanted, the labels were emailed to me, picked up the next day and delivered within 24 hours.

As always, great service from Parcel Monkey. Very useful information and descriptions of how to fill out a customs declaration for consignment to Germany.
Nothing to do with Parcel Monkey but be aware that the value of goods has to be declared and the addressee will have to pay duty on the value.

Posted on 4th. Customer still not received. Hermes say it should have been delivered 9th. PE12 9YR No mention of being delivered and no mention of when next to attempt. HERMES not helpful at all. Automated everything

Fantastic service. Was expecting it to be delayed by a day, as when I dropped it off at the post office it was about 4pm and the girl said that it wouldn’t go until the following day. But hey presto dropped it off on Monday and it was delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. All intact and gratefully received.

Very pleased with service I booked DHL and the collected parcel in the afternoon and delivered it by 10.30 the following day.
It was a simple exercise to book and very clear what to do.

Very, very easy to use website, and guides you simply through the customs invoice process (required between UK and EU). Package hasn’t arrived according to stated timescale but that’s down to Brexit, snow, COVID etc, I’m sure. Parcel Monkey aren’t responsible for delivery, of course.

A very bad experience with parcel monkey, I used this company for the very first time for a collection of a parcel that had to be delivered within a certain amount of time to enable my refund. i was given a choice of dates for collection so i chose the following day .. no one turned up I contacted parcel monkey live chat and they could not even explain the reason why as to no courier has picked up despite having the collection and payment confirmed and advised me to reschedule as I did which was for the following monday as it was weekend and they said no one picks up weekend .... Yes you guessed right! NO ONE TURNED UP LOL.. I called them again and they told me that the courier came at approx 5.35pm that evening stating that the parcel was not packaged right .. firsdt let me tell you that no one came as I was waiting in all day as I knew they work up to 6pm and gave them the benefit of doubt .. BY THE WAY PARCEL MONKEY my packages is in the original box and also please tell your employees to Stop lying and do there job properly YOU CANT GET PAID FOR DOING NOTHING! Going down the line from this they wanted me to reschedule this again and refused I WANTED MY MONEY BACK ASAP! tHEY SAID I WOULD BE REFUNDED IN 3 DAYS . IRECIEVED A EMAIL TODAY FROM PARCEL MONKEY ASKING IF I ACCEPT THERE OFFER OF THE AMOPUNT I ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE ..WHAT A LIBERTY WHEN IT IS MY MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE NEVER NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN A POOR SERVICE ALL THEY DO IS DECIEVE PEOPLE AND NOW I AM OUT OF POCKET OF 150 QUID BECAUSE OF PARCEL MONKEY AND THERE FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL ONTIME FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND FROM ANOTHER COMPANY .. I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING SERVICES . DISGUSTING POOR NOT EVEN A SERVICE BUT QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY
