I'm afraid the parcel still has not arrived it was collected on the 20th but it still has not arrived 25th which is a shame as there

All perfect! Would've liked an email for the day and times of pick up. Easier to check on iphones and blackberries then track and trace link

Collections not automatically re-booked after a failure. Should not sell services that the couriers cannot deliver.
