I subimtted a complaint and has yet, have not received a reply. Not a good service at all. Had to hand deliver the documents myself.

Although booked late at night, collection was really early the next morning and delivery made to the satisfaction of all the nexy day.

sent 3 emails about a missing parcel but had no response. Now had to reimburst my customer so now I am £80 out of pocket and without item.

The delivery time was given till 5.30pm. The dispatch was attempted at around 8.00 pm. Offices are normally shut at those times.
