I have now used MP on 3 occassions and find the service easy to use and efficent

Our parcel was callected on 10th Dec. and still has not arrived. We cannot contact anyone or track it. Also no reply to our email enquiry.

A few deliveries did not acheive next day delivery but I would think that this was largely due to the inclement weather conditions.

Shambolic - labels printed for 3 out of 4 parcels, one is still 'waiting on Courier' paid for next day delivery. No contact from PM either

courier company did not turn up. and did not let us know. you did email me the next day saying it had not been collected asking to rebook.

Took 5 days from collection to reach delivery depot. Weather has been a factor but it was collected as the thaw set in. Still took 5 days!
