TERRIBLE, STILL NO-ONE HAS COLLECTION MY PARCEL TO SEND AND I HAVE NOW LOST £65 THAT I WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR.NEVER AGAIN.

Placed order on 22nd Dec couldnt pick up till 5th Jan I know wheather was an issue but still think that this was still to long..
