X4 Times you have not collected the booked & paid for parcels, No replies to emails, HAD TO GO THRU PAYPAL FOR REFUNDS ABSOLUTELY USELESS

parcel collected on time, but doesnt appear to have been delivered, and Courier have not been available by phone/email for the last 2days.

I find it disgusting that you cannot get in touch with yourselves except for an email system which takes forever to get a reply
