simple process from pickup to delivery

My parcels have still not been collected from 20 Dec, it's 28 Dec today. My local collection depot was 1.5 days behind with weather???

I know there was snow, but to take an order to deliver on 12th December and still not to have delivered by 25th is VERY poor !!!

The only thing worth a mention is the mobile phone number required for the delivery address as it can be hard to get the number somethimes

If your contractors cannot collect due to the weather, please ask them to say so instead of suggesting the customer has been at fault.
