The Family have used ParcelMoney for a while. When there are no issues, they are great and convenient. When you have an issue, for example, my parcel - a gift to my team colleague in Warsaw - was rejected by the Customs in Poland. Similar gifts to France/Germany/Austria were not. I had filled in the UK Brexit Customs forms as per PM instructions (HS/Commodity Codes). - so puzzled why one did not get through. ParcelMoney needs to have an expert on their side to help in these issues. They cannot reply with cookie-cutter explanations and just forward what their courier told them (Apparently there is an EORI number needed). A better service would be to have a PM Expert call the customer and the courier to help educate, explain or expedite. Maybe the call to the Courier and giving the EORI number- whatever that is verbally - would have just got the parcel forwarded Having a digital experience does save money for all but you still need to cater for the red paths for your Customers. Especially in such Digital offerings. Something for PM to consider.

Excellent service. Easy to use website to find a parcel service. Gave a list of options to choose from and kept us up to date with service provider used. Would use again to find best value for service provider.

Simple easy and quick online booking. Delivery is in the hands of the carriers and I have no problems. Delivery 50% UK 20% EU, 30% overseas.

I have used the service a number of times now to send parcels. Pricing has always been extremely competitive, easy to use booking system and can easily track current orders and previous invoices.
Would definitely recommend.

I was struggling to find anyone who would deliver a long parcel and found Parcel Monkey on an internet search. Very easy site to navigate and parcel was delivered when expected. I would definitely recommend and would use again

User friendly site and provides a range of reliable couriers. However, as with many of these courier agents their post service accessibility is poor and you cant speak to anyone on the phone to resolve any issues.

It was easy to book online, price was clearly noted. I was able to insure my parcel. I was notified of the time and date that the parcel would be collected. The courier was polite and and arrived on time. I would recommend using this service it was quick and efficient.

Always good value for money! Only gripe this time was not realising DHL don’t work Saturdays unless you pay for a Saturday service. The wife booked next day but wasn’t aware of this so parcel didn’t arrive until Monday. A little disappointed that this wasn’t made clearer when sending our parcel.

I pay at least 30% less for the same company to send a 7KG parcel if I contact them directly.
The timing is very reasonable.
Will use them again.

Although the parcel arrived a day later than quoted, it was still WAY faster than the Post Office and half the price! I will definitely use Parcelmonkey again!

Fast, efficient service with package reaching Hong Kong from the UK in a week! Love that the parcel was collected from my house too and I was kept informed of the timing of this pick up.

Bulk collection of 7 parcels through Parcelforce worked well. Advice of collection time would be an improvement.

Most of the blame goes to brexit rules, but the parcel I sent on the 21 January hasnt arrived yet on the 16th of March. Worse. I send 2 items in one shipment, and 2 items one week later. I received 2 notices (one 5 weeks after the shipment, another one 6 weeks after) to pay a total of 94eur in tax and further delivery costs as it was held in customs and then thats it for Monkey Parcel, they just wash their hands from it and I had to pay another delivery service. Having paid this, and receiving the parcels, I now realize that I actually only got the 2 items from my 2nd shipment. So now, 16th March, the 1st items arrived and they are asking me to pay tax for them now held at customs. I will need to pay another 56eur, tax I already paid, and delivery service again. Overall, some old personal items, that I was just sending by post, no comercial value, not even worth 50£ are about to cost me 200£. And there is no one to complain. It is so frustrating the whole experience that my advice is: dont post anything to the EU in the next few months. Certainly not to Portugal.
