i have not been able to track this parcel,no response from email enquiry regarding this matter,i just want to know where the item is.

But failed to pick up twice on the scheduled day in the last four orders so I think twice about using PM now.. City Link were the carrier

My only criticism is that when I booked the collection, there was no confirmation of the day the parcel would be collected.
