There was 6 bone china plate damage along with Sandwishe plate on arrival.I did not write fragile on it but did put out to you it was china

Our Response: Sorry to hear your item was broken, but China is on our prohibited items list. You specified your item wasn't on the list when you booked. The prohibited items list is there not only to ensure our traffic is legal but also to ensure your items don't get broken.
