Great site that has quickly and efficiently found a perfect parcel delivery service from my front door to another at a reasonable price. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with All paperwork was filled in correctly and they have asked for the same information 6 times Paid for 2-4 working day service 3 weeks later its still not shipped

The website is very easy to navigate and it was much easier than expected to send a big parcel to a Spanish Island. The parcel was collected on 29/03 and was in mainland Spain on 3/04. Very impressed with service and price.

A good service but the parcel was delivered in 7 days not the 3 stated. This was probably a problem at the Hong Kong end. The website can sometimes be a bit tricky not accepting information known to be accurate for example asking for a telephone number when you have put it . On a second or third try it works. Apart from that l am happy with the service and have used it many times

I was very impressed with Parcel Monkey from pick up to forward despatch to Bermuda. However, it has taken DHL more than a week to deliver my parcel from a mere mile away!!!!!
