I shipped a package from the UK to Sweden. The invoice was incorrect, and customs on the receiving end were exorbitant. So they shipped the package back and lost it. Seriously. How lame can you get. I put in a claim almost a month ago, and have gotten nothing but excuses. This company is beyond lame.

I was charged extra after the delivery because they thought a box with a packet of bisuits weighed 9kg!!!!

I was very happy with your service.
A bit complicated but there is so much to tie up you do well.
I have recently opened an account with E-Bay and Paypal and Parcel Monkey with user names and passwords / then there are labels and wrapping and Post offices and tracking etc. Lots to do but sorted in the end.

Very fast, pick up time as planned. Overnight service was great. Received heave items the next day. Pick from Stevenage to Falkirk.

Surcharged me £52 for sending a parcel smaller than I stated . Keep sending me the same reply without reading their own dimensions . Obviously a software glitch but no-one will actually check . Shocking service. Used to be good but now awful .

****. Sent a parcel which was metal. It was returned back to me because it was badly damaged. Parcel force said I never paid extra so it wasnt insured. No were did I see I had to pay extra. Then when I put a bad review in replied that the situation has been resolved and for me to get in touch with them. Making out as though they were giving me my money back which never happened. So were down £170. Parcel being of metal and heavy must of been dropped from a fair height. So in a nut shell if you compare prices for a delivery see the small print with parcel monkey otherwise your not insured. When they reply to this they dont allow you to reply back to them so every can see there telling porkies. DO NOT USE THEM

My sister sent me a package at the end of March 2021, and it’s been sitting in London for about almost a month. My brother-in-law chatted with them and just told him that it was lost and that they would refund him the shipping money. Nothing about trying to find it, no sincerity, no trying to lift a finger in seeing what happened. I believe this happens a lot and they just don’t care anymore. Very disappointed. It was actually an Easter Care package for my daughter of 3. Very sad. Even now being at the end of April, we were still excited for it. Now Parcel Monkey could care less

Really let me down Don’t proactively monitor issues- it’s all up to you Said they couldn’t help as they hadn’t heard from the carrier (Courier) but Courier couldn’t help as parcel monkey didn’t provide the details properly for their system. You can’t talk to them on the phone and are completely shut at the weekend It’s not the first time they’ve let me down but it will be the last time I let them

Parcel was bang on 30kg, checked on my scales and post office , was later charged £52,00 extra, 2nd time its happened but unfortunately I have no way of proving my case.

The purchase of the postage was great, easy and printing of the labels was good. The only thing that has let it down so far is the lack of tracking, I took it to the post office 8 days ago and cannot get any tracking updates, hopefully this will change soon.

No updates ever given. Just went from "updates may be delayed" to "delivered" after about a week - couldnt track parcel. Tax payable by recipient not clear when booking.

My parcel was not picked up on the day booked despite 48 hours notice. My parcel was paid for next day but this did not happen either and it arrived the day after! Will not use this service again!

Awful service and even worse customer experience. Parcel not collected, no refund or compensation offered on 3 occasions. I will not be drawn in by the cheap prices again, i would rather pay the extra and go direct to the couriers. At least they will do what they charge me for!

You told me my parcel could not be delivered because the address did not exist. This was a valid address I had successfully sent parcels to in the past. What had actually happened was that the recipient did not hear the courier ringing his phone from his locked front gate (which is far from the house). The recipient later noticed the missed calls and contacted the courier, so the parcel was delivered 2 days later. The delivery was shown on the tracker, but I have not received the promised update from your support line.

Im having a very hard time now with my parcel ,the are very incompetent,useless staff they dont know what they doing,still waiting 4 days now for my parcel to be returned to me to send it back with Courier , the are bully you cant call them because they know that they are not professional,i really regret that I have used them, think twice before you ship with them . im lost and depressed nothing I can do no parcel shipped no money back £140 they are playing with me . I contacted NORSK GLOBAL about my parcel they told me they havent received any update from parcel monkey team think twice before you use this {company}

I was a little uncertain about using this service as I was new to this. I need not have worried. The options I had in who the carrier was and the cost was very clearly laid out. I received emails to confirm my choice and a label to print and stuck on the parcel. Another email from the carrier DHL who confirmed receipt and then a time slot on the morning they were picking up. Driver was on time and I got further tracking to confirm delivered. I could not be more pleased with this service. Brilliant and easy even for and old crock like me! Will definately use them again. Absolutely marvellous.
