The app is fine but there is no help on tarrif numbering or necessary product description. I used tarrif numbering years ago but for people coming to this fresh post brexit they are going to faint with the complexity. I paid for delivery by 29th March, my sons birthday, and the parcel turned up by 1st April. No warning, no apology. Annoying

Quite disappointed, I sent out a parcel via parcel monkey and another generally via the post office. Dropped them off at the same time, Royal Mail managed to get a 1st class package to the address within 2 days, Parcel monkeys took twice as long!

I found Parcel Monkey fairly easy to use for sending a 3kg parcel to Paris. I had to look up the customs codes for myself which was Ok but took some time. The cost of sending the parcel was very competitive. However there was no clue as to the level of the taxes which had to be paid on collection.
I had some issues around delivery which were readily sorted via the webchat service.
I would consider using this service again for a larger parcel.

Disgusting had to give a one star it would be zero. £65.00 for a 4-6 day delivery from the uk to New Zealand! Stuck in bloody Netherlands still not delivered 9 days so far ! Will it ever arrive I ask myself!

I hadn’t heard of you before I had to return a very heavy parcel.
But everything was very simple via parcel monkey... not cheap, but I got my money back for my unwanted item. So it arrived ok. Grateful for that as we haven’t been so lucky with another company ( no refund after a missing insured parcel from Christmas!!!)
I ll use parcel monkey again for sure.

Sending a package to Germany post Brexit I was looking for the best deal. Found Parcel Monkey competitive and gave clear instructions for paperwork needed. Would definitely use again. Parcel arrived in good time and good condition

Parcel Monkey were very poor in the process of returning two heavy items we had bought, between them and DX freight it proved to be really hard work, they told us a few times that the parcels couldn’t be tracked after one had gone missing even though we had been given a tracking number by them !!! and were told it was the couriers fault it had gone missing and to contact them even though we had paid Parcel Monkey for their service. We contacted DX freight ourselves and found the parcel via the tracking number and no thanks to Parcel Monkey, tin pot outfit with awful customer service

Really good way to organise shipping and not be tied to a single carriers systems. It was straightforward to use and all my documents were available quickly.
I will now use this system as my default choice for shipping.

I got instant alternatives for a parcel delivery, based on price, delivery timescales etc. When selected, the ordering and tracking process was effortless and seamless. This is a very fine wrapper service for sending parcels.

This is the second time Ive used Parcelmonkey recently, and their service is excellent. Since late 2020, Ive been selling everything I no longer need on eBay. The smaller and lighter items i take to the post office, but for anything bigger and heavier I head straight to the Parcelmonkey website. Its easy to navigate, clear and concise, and the prices are always really keen. Highly recommended
