Pick up was on time and I was contacted about the time. But I paid for next day delivery and the parcel was not delivered until 48hours later meaning the parcel missed being shipped

This was my 1st time of sending something abroad since we left the EU. Took over an hour to fill the form in but I managed to get through it eventually. Very difficult procedure which I am sure will put people off sending stuff abroad. Got picked up on time and was in Poland early the following morning. I was very impressed up to that point. However....one week later and my parcel has only just left the DHL depot in Poland, due to some bright spark who decided that it was an export and duty had to be paid, even though it was very clearly marked on the paperwork that was stuck to the box "machine part for repair" I spent all of Thursday in tears on the phone to DHL, I even phoned Poland, they were as much use as a chocolate teapot! Finally 2 lovely people came to my aid and got the paperwork amended and it has now left the depot and is on its way to be repaired. The problem is that the part should have been back to me by today, ready for me to resume work on Monday, after being in Lockdown for 4 months. I will not be able to re open now and I am very upset, Im a one woman business, no money coming in for all that time and I am struggling. If it wasnt for the fact that there is nowhere in this country to get this type of repair, I would not use this service again...sorry!

I used their services once to send a parcel abroad. Their website was intuitive and helped preparing the parcel. However, the price and estimated time of arrival were misleading. I paid them £20 for this delivery, only to discover a few days later that my parcel was stuck at the border and I had to pay £50 of duties (I wouldnt ship anything if I knew that was the case). The estimated time was 4/7 days, but the parcel arrived almost a month later. I contacted their customers service, who were quick in replying but had nothing more to say than "we have contacted the courier, well let you know". Next time Ill deal with couriers directly.

We are an online Tombola company and have had terrible experiences with Hermes, amongst others, finding Parcel Monkey has been a god send, we can keep track of parcels, always get a good response from customer service, get regular updates and the site is so easy to use, finally I can send my parcels out and relax!

I have paid the parcel on the 29.03.2021 and posted same day and today 08.04.2021 is still not delivered, still in a depot in France, even if should be delivered in 3 days !? It was a birthday gift and now is very very late ,very disappointed .

Simple and quick- I had quite a few parcels to send to the Channel Islands for my company - signed up to parcel monkey and a quote was given to me in minutes and quickest route to take - prices cheapest to more expensive depending on how you wish to ship your parcel. You then download forms required to be put on your parcel and the courier company arrange the pick up.
After that parcel monkey keep track of your parcel by sending you up to date links. My parcels have been delivered within days and tracking all the way. Highly recommend

Scam - avoid. I booked a delivery of a smartphone from London to Greece and paid circa 35 GBP. I literally input "smartphone" at the form, and the HMRC code for "mobile phone" before the payment phase. So parcel monkey s website knew I was sending a smartphone. 6 days later, it is returned to sender, then I have to wait 24 hours to hear back, which is "the carrier - DPD - does not accept anything with batteries , sorry, no refund". On parcel monkeys prohibited items, it is buried on some line item under batteries "nothing with a battery". So they literally will steal someones money, as their system knows I am paying for an item that they cant send, and that they will not offer me a refund. Not to mention the huge hussle of delaying my delivery for 7 days. If this isnt a scam, what is? Shame to this company and its scammy practices, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely atrocious service from Parcel Monkey. Do not use them to send your parcel. My parcel (a gift for my daughter in Doha) was promised to be delivered within six days!! Ten weeks later no delivery made and no return to myself. So so disappointed. I have sent over 20 messages to the company with no resolution. They really do not care. No refund and no investigation. Shocking service.

Great service, easy to navigate the site and understand. I was sending a small parcel to China from UK which I have never done before. I had no idea how to go about it, but parcel monkey took me through the process step by step. My parcel is now on its way to China... no issues so far.

On the 25/02/2021 I arranged for the despatch of 2 x packages to the same international address via Parcelmonkeys recommended courier (Parcelforce).One package was succesfully delivered but the other is stuck at a Parcelforce shipping hub and has been in a "sorted" state for more than 6 weeks!Ive raised the matter on at least 7 occasions with Parcelmonkey online support and their stock reply is theyre awaiting a Parcelforce update.Its patently obvious the item will never be located or recovered so effectively "lost in transit".On that basis Ive requested a compensation claims form but to no avail.Ive also contacted their Group CEO (Nav Ramiah) via his Linkedin profile but no reply.and his profile states "I still spend my time working my heads of department to ensure we deliver great customer satisfaction, innovative products and successful partnerships" .On the basis of my recent experience it would appear Mr Ramiahs company has a lot more work to do to ensure customer satisfaction!My ltd company will no longer be using Parcelmonkeys services so their loss!

I have used often Parcel Monkey to ship small and big parcel to UK and Abroad. One judges a service provider not only when things go well but also when things turn sour. And I have come to realise how scummy this organisation it. I purchase a shipping from them for DPD to carry a parcel to Holland. Not only didnt DPD bother to contact my recipient, nor attempted to deliver the parcel. The parcel instead stayed for a few days at the custom before being returned to the UK. ParcelMonkey then asked me to pay £16 to get my parcel back and denied any responsibility for the lack of communication to me or my client about the parcel that was stuck at the Deutsch Customs where a duty needed to be paid. No-one informed me or my client a duty needed to be paid or even how. All we knew was the parcel was on its way back but instead of coming back to Edinburgh (where the sender address was) it went to ParcelMonkey depot in Bournemouth hence they charged me £16 if I wanted to see my parcel again. Parcel Monkey does not have any phone support. I tis all in chat, the process is slow and the support team prefers blaming the customer and "cest la vie" instead of offering any real help or refund which would have be the decent thing to do. I will never trust them with my business ever again.

Appalling!!!! Paid for next day collection service and didnt collect. When contacted for explanation they replied with you are not the account holder even though I have used them previously. You cannot call them to talk about an issue and it is extremely difficult to lodge an issue through their questions page online.The only way I could get my money refunded was to go through PayPals resolution centre. Even then they did not respond. In the end I had to cancel my direct debit with PayPal via my bank to stop them trying to take a payment for a service they failed to deliver.
