Appalling!!!! Paid for next day collection service and didnt collect. When contacted for explanation they replied with you are not the account holder even though I have used them previously. You cannot call them to talk about an issue and it is extremely difficult to lodge an issue through their questions page online.The only way I could get my money refunded was to go through PayPals resolution centre. Even then they did not respond. In the end I had to cancel my direct debit with PayPal via my bank to stop them trying to take a payment for a service they failed to deliver.

I have used Parcel Monkey on three separate occasions to send parcels to my granddaughter in the Northlands, New Zealand.
The service has been excellent. Pickup and door to door no more than 10 days, the latest parcel which arrived today, took 7 days.
Price was very reasonable, considerably cheaper than their competitors.

PM was recommend to me as a cheaper faster way to send my package. Were slightly more expensive that courier starting with H. Were also slightly cheaper than using PF directly. However, H worked over weekend/bank holidays where as PF didnt. So PM was slower. I will probably just go directly to them next time.

After being quoted just under £30 to send a parcel went on parcel monkey same company came in just under tenner

First option when placing order was - is it on a pallet? YES. - turned up with a sprinter van, no tail lift, no pallet truck. I had to help the driver lift a 85kg pallet across the street and into the back of the van. Paid for over night delivery? Took 4 days. Wont use again

Its very easy to set up a Parcel Monkey collection. Good info on packaging and label easy to print! In my case it meant a collection by DHL at 14.33 one day to a delivery at the other end of the UK at 14.13 the next day. Very pleased indeed! My only wish is that DHL could have given us a time window for collection instead of having to wait in. Even a notification of morning or afternoon would have helped!

The parcel is not delivered yet. It is said that the address is not sufficient but it is the same that use to send to before and I don’t have contact number to guide them or explain it

I was given a slot for pick-up for Amazon and for two weeks there was no message communicated across and all you write to me is to give you a review when the goods is still in my house. That is totally unprofessional even when I made payment.

Excellent service. I arranged for a parcel to be collected in Surrey and delivered to me in Devon.
It was easy to do this online and the collection and delivery both happened on the correct days. Pricing was fair and I was able to compare a number of options easily.

I love Parcel Monkey!! Most recently packed a box for Easter for my grandson in California, using clear guidelines given, then selected from a choice of options for shipping of varying prices.
Completed all the customs paperwork online, then printed it and the necessary labels, and sealed my box and took it to local drop off point (in this case, my local post office). Received a receipt and was able to track the progress of the parcel- even received a photo of the box at the door of my daughters house. Needless to say I am absolutely delighted, and especially with the efficiency of the delivery, arriving within the 4-5 days originally stated.
In these restricted days it is great to be able to have some input into my grandsons life, even at such a great distance. Thanks to Parcel Monkey for making the process straightforward and fairly painless!
