Good service at a great price. Sent parcel to Italy from UK arrived in nine days which is very good indeed.plus all intact !

Theres absolutely no point in using this company, they just make things far more complicated. Booked collection and next day delivery, no one turned up. Spoke to the live chat support and collection had to be booked again, they also didnt show up. The parcel should have been delivered by now and it hasnt even been collected. Customer service do nothing, all they can offer is to book the collection for a third time or cancel it all together. They cannot even contact the courier that is due to make the delivery and shun all responsibility saying they "are often blamed for the actions of the courier agents". Live chat agents just copy and paste "we apologise" messages and wont engage or listen to reasonable ways to resolve the issue. They have no control over the couriers, they cant track them, cant contact them and offer no compensation or alternatives when they simply dont show up. I will never, ever use them again.

Booked a collection for a parcel online. They gave me a time slot the next day which they didnt show up in. Then I was told to wait until 6pm, when they still didnt show up. At 6pm I wasnt offered any explanation, my collection was just booked on to the next day without consulting me and no offer of compensation. The next day came and they didnt even send a time slot. I requested a refund and Im still waiting. They have now stopped replying to me after I cancelled the shipment.

Thank heaven people at Parcel Monkey understand the written word. I had trouble with getting a simple collection and delivery with Hermes who said the item hadnt been delivered but was never actually collected despite sending me an email saying they had tried to deliver it! BUT Parcel Monkey and Express 48 did it no problem at all. Collected, transported and delivered all on time; no fuss, no bother, no lies and no issues. WELL DONE PARCEL MONKEY people. Ill be using the service again. Does what it says on the tin ????

The courier service was fine, but the account service is abysmal. Im currently locked out of my account, which means I cant receive a refund for the shipping cost, as Parcel Monkey do not send a cost breakdown as standard. As there seems to be no way of contacting the company without logging in, it appears Parcel Monkey have just locked me out of a full refund.

I changed my country from the UK to Turkey, and as I lived in the UK for five years, I had many boxes to send to Turkey. I did send all of them with parcel monkey, and it was an excellent experience for me. All my stuff were safely delivered to my address. Thank you!

Was promised a same-day parcel delivery option via Parcelmonkey with DPD. DPD never showed up. I understand this is DPDs fault, but the way Parcelmonkey dealt with this, was by telling me to wait, followed by oh were sorry. No compensation, no nothing. Wouldnt recommend them.

Easy to book/arrange and drop off for parcel was very close. Very reasonable rates for this service, clear step by step instructions and detailed information with regards to types of acceptable packaging. Also informed when parcel was delivered.

Fine until something goes wrong. I sent a package to Poland which arrived damaged and with an essential document missing. The Parcel Monkey complaints service (essentially a chat line so you deal with a different person each time) replied with platitudes and excuses. I am unconvinced that they pressed Parcelforce to undertake a rigorous search for my lost document. I am left feeling dismissed, dissatisfied and devalued.

The site was easy enough to use and prices competitive but the info on how long the parcel will take to deliver was false. Supposed to take 5 days, it’s been almost two weeks and still not delivered. Could argue that’s not parcelmonkeys fault but I want by the info on the website

I reviewed Parcelmonkey recently and offered a very favourable report. I seem to get further reminders to review them on here so have posted another one in the hope the reminders wont carry on.
Yes, I was pleased with them (particularly in conjunction with Parcelforce who did the actual delivery ... all very impressive.
