Difficult to contact. Not enough options to put across your query. Response was poor and having chosen air freight disappointed my parcel is taking over two weeks to reach its destination instead of 4-5 days.

Got a quote of £56 from local Post Office, Parcel Monkey £16 fully insured and arrived within 2 days. Whats not to like!

Using the system was simple and easy. There were two main issues where a star was taken off for each. Ended up going to three places before drop off was accepted. Delivery was classed at 3 to 4 days, ended up being 3 to 4 weeks.

I booked for a collection on a Friday which never happened. No one contacted me to say why or reschedule I had to use the live chat to get the parcel picked up the following Monday. Making it 2 days off work waiting for collection and an angry person waiting to receive his parcel.

Do yourself a favour – AVOID !!!! this company if you can help it, find someone else. When we tried to make a claim for the damaged parcel, they did everything they could to avoid paying out. You can’t speak with anyone, they only communicate by email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
