For a basic quote you don't have to.
Nothing further to add, service worked well, at a good price, parcel was picked up on time by City Link, tracking works.

Had to find pen and paper to write down tracking number as was expecting a piece of paper to be handed to me.

Items were damaged on arrival after being well wrapped and parcel being marked as fragile. Items arrived a day later than stated.
