Parcel collected and delivered as expected - but the paperwork and e mails during the collection and delivery process were confusing to say the least. I half expected to get my parcel collected and delivered back to me.Fortunately the collection and delivery worked.

Used this service and ParcelForce to deliver heavy item across the Country. Everything went smoothly and the parcel was delivered on time and intact (it was heavy and slightly fragile although I had packed it well). All in all, I got exactly the service that I paid for.
This is in contrast to using Parcel2Go and TNTDirect the previous day. They did not pick up the parcel, nor did they give any updates. I had to contact them at the end of the day whereupon they told me that the collection was only an ‘estimation’. An 8.5 hour window is quite an estimation… When I spoke to them, their solution was to rebook for the next day BUT I was told that the next day collection was also an estimation and MIGHT NOT HAPPEN!!!
The moral of the story is to use a reputable Company like ParcelForce from the outset if you really want your parcel to be delivered…

I was happy with the service, my parcel was collected on the day they said it would be. I just wish that there was a time frame given for collection of your items. As it was a nice day we sat out in the garden, I did put our cctv on my phone for a few hours constantly watching it so I didn’t miss the van but he parked out of sight and I then almost missed him! If I’d have been given a couple of hours time frame I could have got on with things until the due time. I don’t know if this is a parcel monkey issue or a Parcelforce one though ????????♀️ Other than that, no complaints from me. Good price too.

Am regular user. Fine for UK but terrible for USA. Constantly hit you with obviously fraudulent "final charges" which they pretend are being generated by the carrier. Charges are up to double what you pay ! Am considering legal action as getting worse. Dreadful copied and pasted "Customer Service" responses. Unable to escalate.

Have used Parcel Monkey many times and overall been very good. However last couple of times my orders have been duplicated and costs doubled. Contacted customer services on both occasions but to date No Response. Very disappointed.

Parcel never picked up!! I dropped off a parcel at a DPD drop-off point on 22nd, due t be delivered 2-4 days later in Atlanta. Today 30th it has not been picked up from the drop off point let alone that it has bene delivered. This causes my business huge issues

Easy website to use, it lets you print your labels at home to attach to your parcel, it gives you options from different couriers so yo can choose what is best for you, definitely use them again.

Good at finding the best courier but in other ways not so good. 1) Having inputted all the information etc the procedure was stopped because I needed to add phone number of recipient. This took about 12 hours to obtain. On restarting all my information wiped, so I had to input it all again. I dont see the point of this timed out feature. 2) Then, having done all that, the Pay Now button didnt work. I just kept trying and eventually it worked, but obviously when you keep having to press Pay now you become concerned that the payment may be taken multiple times. Both of these things have happened numerous times, theyre not one offs.
