Pick up was late and delivery was late. Customer services took ages to answer the phone too but parcels were delivered safely in the end

Would be great to be able to schedule pick up in to smaller time windows or to be able to drop off at depot. I'd pay extra.

Price and service were good but couldn't get any tracking information - it would be helpful at least to know the parcwel had been collected.
