You did not pick up the parcel on the day stated. I went to re-book, only to find at the end of the process it was not needed. Tracking US.

Dropped the parcel off at the post office and found the price much cheaper than going direct to the post office itself. fast delivery too.

Late collection and late delivery. Item arrived 4 working days after original booking which was meant to be guaranteed next day delivery.
