Were a day late picking up one of the deliveries however when one of a pick ups did not have an address you still got it to us. Happy enough

Surely it would be possible to provide a slot time of say a two hour window rather than between 8am. and 6pm.

Quick and efficient service. Cheaper than Royal Mail and we didn't have lug the parcel to the PO !
