An exellent service; the only minor problem was that at drop off, not every parcel was scanned and 'tracked' as delivered. Very satisfied.

From the moment of payment it wasn't clear if I can go and drop the parcel straight away or not. So I did and wasted a journey.

All the parcels were delivered on time although one was damaged despite being very well wrapped with bubble wrap. Had to send a replacement.

No Courier parcel no given. Parcel Monkey links to track on Courier did not work. Had to get parcel number from Pay Pal receipt. V. poor
