The only query, would be it always advises us to print a shipping label but then get told it's not needed by collector / driver.

Work with couriers to allow a more specific pick up time for parcels, at least a.m. or p.m. would be a start.

Paid for 24hr delivery customer received parcel 7 days after delivery date. Courier didn't even collect.. so I had drop it off in person. ðŸ

Here https://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/guitars it says you do guitars. But when you choose guitars its says they're restricted item. Confusing.
