Pick up was great. parcel wasn't delivered as agreed. Driver put card through door but didn't ring bell!!! Recipient at home all day!!!

We are not a courier company, we are a reseller and price comparison site that simply help to get the best prices based on a parcels dimensions, weight, and address. The couriers are in control of a shipment as soon as the order has been completed but of course we do try to support any of our customers should an error occur.

Could a collection slot be given like am or PM as I waited in all day and parcel was collected at 4.30.
