Shipment tracking Online doesn't work, and this is the FOURTH consecutive attempt by Courier to collect the item. FAILED EVERY TIME!!!

An approximate time of day would have been very helpful. DPD text the hour they will call & the driver is trackable on their website.

Pick up was great. parcel wasn't delivered as agreed. Driver put card through door but didn't ring bell!!! Recipient at home all day!!!

Our Response: Hello I am very sorry to hear this, I do understand your frustration as we are often blamed for the errors of the courier agents. We are not a courier company, we are a reseller and price comparison site that simply help to get the best prices based on a parcels dimensions, weight, and address. The couriers are in control of a shipment as soon as the order has been completed but of course we do try to support any of our customers should an error occur.
