All good, but with DX i didn't get a txt with a collection time, had to wait in all day as coll was 8am - 6pm, courier arrived at 5.25pm

Parcel did not get collected and could not contact parcel monkey by phone. DX informed me when contacted that the date was different.

The actual 'Parcel Monkey' element of the service (website, quote system etc) is great, however the couriers are often very poor indeed
