PLEASE READ. I'm happy with the service from Parcel Monkey but Yodel messed this one up! Took 6 days to deliver & was damaged in transit!

recently several parcels have been held over excessive amount of time with no movement on tracking, causing considerably late delivery.

Only problem was Parcelforce did not bring address label with them when collecting so I was a bit worried about that. They said it would hah

Hopeless! The barcode was not on the label you told me to print. Yodel refused to take it. Got another outside PM. I'll NOT deal with again!
