My parcel was supposed to be collected on the 19 th of December between 8-6 no one came we had to call and it was collected on the 22/12/14

Sent a parcel to Poland using parcelforce drop off service. Tracking info was regularly updated and item arrived on time. Happy customer !

I paid £29 for a parcel to be delivered to Japan and it was collected by you 22 days ago. You advertise delivery between 6 and 8 days.
