Very disappointing experience with Parcel Monkey. I arranged multiple shipments during a relocation to the US and had problems both with customs charges and additional courier fees. Despite the shipments containing personal effects for relocation purposes, I received little to no meaningful assistance when trying to resolve customs-related issues. On top of that, I was later charged an additional fee for only 1 out of 4 parcels - even though all four were sent using identical boxes, dimensions, and packing methods. The explanations provided were inconsistent, with different communications referring to different causes for the surcharge, and support showed no real willingness to properly challenge the courier or investigate the discrepancy. The overall impression I got was that customer support acts mainly as a middleman for passing on charges rather than advocating for customers when disputes arise. I won’t be using Parcel Monkey again.

Booked same day collection and had confirmation email. No one collected and when we emailed parcel monkey, they said it was up to the driver if they had time. Driver has still not shown up 4 days later and no refund has been issued. There is no point to ever use this company. They had one job and couldnt do it.

Having spent two months trying to claim for a lost parcel I have been through the parcelmonkey system and I can save you sometime and money by letting you know the company is a criminal organisation who will charge you to insure your package as well as the delivery charges but when they lose it your claim will be ignored you will not be able to talk to a customer service representative as they do not exist you will be gaslit till you are bored and a so called representative will reply to you on trust pilot apologizing sincerely for your frustration and inconvenience his name is Jack Wrigley yes like the worm but that is total insincerity and he is adding insult to injury parcelmonkey have no intention of acting in a professional manner your money and package are gone just look at how many people have given them one star on Trustpilot and are saying the same thing as me go direct with courier as they are serious about there business

Had to mail some historic family documents to Australia in a medium box. Some prices were eye watering but Parcel Monkey recommended Evri as the cheapest carrier. The tracking was fantastic from Evri through to DAI handover in Australia and I knew where the parcel was during every step to delivery. Impressed and highly recommended.

Only my first shipment but was impressed by the ease of use. Despite worrying about customs since there was no request for HS commodity codes when placing my order the parcel was delivered with no complications.
I will now look for ways if it is possible to intergrate my Shopify store for future use.

1. Not enough space in the address windows, cant type in full postal addresses. 2. Very limited international delivery options by the weight and dimensions. One would be better off to book a collection and delivery through company website direct rather trying to us the Parcel Monkey.

I paid for the parcel to go the Chelmsford Priory Hospital in Lumb Lane and it cane back to my address at 72 Catherine Road Romiley SK6 3DH I telephoned and no one has called me back I think the service is dreadful
