Useless - dont rely on these Monkeys for urgent anything. After carefully filling in everything and getting to the drop-off location, the package was refused due to "Does not have Digital Clearance" Your help desk told me to try a different drop off location. The same refusal was provided. Clearly something wrong with your integration with Fed Ex My advice is to stay well clear as this was time critical Go direct to Parcel Force - much better and more reliable service.

Shocking, DPD did not collect the parcel even though they were delivering on that day & were asked if they were taking this parcel. No return of money or contact from Parcel Monkey. Unable to amend or rebook the collection.

Very poor service and no company phone number to sort problems out. Overcharge and add charges to parcels sent after the fact when they were accurately weighed and measured.

This was by far the best price that I received on a package to America. I was guided through all aspects of pack and customs documents so was sure it would be ok. I selected the package to be collected frommmy home which was convenient and confirmed in a very timely manner. I dont usually post internationally but if I needed to, I wouldnt hesitate to use parcelmonkey again. They were absolutely top notch

Overcharge due to UPS very suspect laser scanning then suspend your account. No phone number to sort the problem out so tried to use the chat but very unhelpful and account is still suspended so will take my business elsewhere.

Re: Misleading Booking System & Unjust Claim Denial – Beware! Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved. Your team has continued to offer only a refund for the postage cost—£57.18—without making any meaningful attempt to locate the lost parcel or honour the insured value of the item, which is £860. This falls far short of a fair resolution. What’s particularly frustrating is your repeated reference to the “Restricted Items” clause in your Terms and Conditions, while completely ignoring Clause 8.1, which states that you are only exempt from liability for restricted items submitted without your knowledge. The item I booked was fully declared and accepted by your system without warning, making the shipment entirely within your knowledge. Clause 8.1 clearly contradicts the basis of your refusal, and you have yet to acknowledge this in any of your responses. I am still waiting for full compensation or a genuine effort to recover the parcel. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. Used parcel monkey twice now and everything went smoothly both times. Clear instructions on what to do and delivered within the timeframe advertised once the package had been dropped off. Really great service for international mail services. Im a Brit living in the States, grateful to finally find a solid international postal service.

Sent a parcel to Thailand through ParcelMonkey using Royal Mail ( in UK ) & EMS ( in Thailand ) . Royal Mail was quick and reliable as normal .... but EMS in Thailand was a nightmare , took ages and then dropped the parcel off in a courier agents office in a different town ( although they had an office in the delivery town ) , then made my girlfriend find someone with a car to drive her the 30 miles to pick it up - with the threat off , if not collected within 5 days , would be sent back to the UK .

AVOID, hopeless, you only save a couple of quid, they were late, cant contact to change address as we wont be still on holiday by the time it arrives a week late, the Expert Customer Call Center are useless, you wont get a number or any useful help.

I asked Parcel Monkey to collect two parcels and deliver them to my home address. The order was placed with Parcel Force at a very reasonable rate, the parcels were delivered as promised.
Im very happy with the service and I would use Parcel Monkey again.

Parcel Monkey is so easy to use and have a parcel collected. I would have given 5 stars, but UPS wanted fees and taxes paying, and said they did not receive payment, but I only found out the payment was needed when I tracked the package. Why did they not notify me as they had my contact details.

It’s been almost a full month and they still haven’t delivered my package. Choosing to work with the company was clearly a huge mistake. First, they told me the package was damaged. Then they said it actually wasn’t, and that it would be delivered. Multiple times, they told me—after countless messages and calls—that the package would be delivered to a specific location on a specific date. Every single time, that turned out to be a LIE. NOTHING was ever delivered. I WASTED my time and energy going back and forth for absolutely nothing. Then, unbelievably, they told me the package was “LOST.” they told me to follow up again, which I did—and for the past two weeks, I’ve heard nothing but the same empty excuse: that the package is still MISSING. To this day, nobody can even tell me where it is. How can a logistics company just lose a package and have NO CLUE where it is? It’s outrageous. And then they have the audacity to tell me they “contacted the carrier but received NO update”? If they cant even get information from their own carrier, maybe they shouldn’t be in this business at all. Stop wasting people’s time and stop causing this kind of stress and damage.

Had an emergency in Norway (I live in UK) and had to have an insulin pen sent from my home address to the address which I am staying at in Norway. On Monday, I needed this pen by Friday as my insulin pump was due to expire and I had no others to wear - hence why I needed the pen as I had insulin here in Norway. I had doubts I could get a parcel here before that time, but I was shocked to see Parcel Monkey state they could get it from UK to Norway in 3 days. I paid for the UPS Express Delivery through Parcel Monkey for £21. After it had been collected from the UK address, I could then track my parcel online, which was reassuring as it said it would be delivered at some point on Wednesday 30th. However later that evening I tracked it again and it said it would be delivered by May 6th. Not to sound too dramatic, but I wouldnt be alive if I had to wait that long. I contacted UPS and gave them my tracking reference given to me by Parcel Monkey and they got back to me saying that number isnt a tracking number. Now, when I try to log in to Parcel Monkey to track again, it doesnt recognise my account anymore. I havent got the log in credentials wrong as I have it saved on Google Passwords from the moment I created the account. I then select that Ive "Forgotten my Password", enter my email to receive the reset link and... nothing. Fortunately I was able to purchase a new pen from a pharmacy, which costs me £40 plus a train fair through Norway. I still have no idea where my parcel is

It would seem that the information given is totally incorrect in that your detail does not correspond with the delivery address therefore ebay state they need the correct information to be given to them to close the account detail before releasing payment. please get a representative to ring me on 07770870988 to resolve the matter. I had left them a glowing review even though I was suspicious of the other positive reviews (I wish more was being done about fake reviews as rogue companies instead of improving focus efforts on more bad conduct instead!) Those commenting on a smooth process etc (like I had!) clearly haven’t had anything go wrong.. I am sure their reviews would also turn into one like this. So things have gone wrong with latest shipment which is entirely out of my control and the UK courier used is refusing to help or do anything about it. Not only is PM not helping either but they seem well rehearsed in showing a complete lack of empathy or interest in helping also. They can’t be bothered to read the details provided so you have to keep repeating the same information and still don’t get anywhere. There is no complaints or claims process and that to me says EVERYTHING about a business - they couldn’t give a hoot about their customer, their goods, doing the right thing or even abiding by the law. They are only interested in your money. I will be researching a shipping agent (or going direct with a courier) that at least has a complaints/claims process to use in future. Will not be returning to PM!

I searched for a company who could deliver a small package to Malta. Parcel Monkey gave me a quote and confirmed UPS could do this. I completed all the necessary documents and paid the fee. Less than 4 minutes later my order was cancelled. The reason: we cant deliver to this destination. So far I have received no reason for this cancellation, I am still waiting for the refund.
