They are completely inaccessible by email or through their chatbot. I tried to explain that my collection needs to take place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. I sent them several emails and also tried to provide instructions through the chatbot. However, it’s been impossible to resolve the issue. Today (2 February), they are trying again to collect the parcel between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Of course, they were unsuccessful because the collection cannot be made at that time. Because of this, I do not recommend their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent my sons xmas presents to Japan by express postage costing over £200. The parcel was not delivered, my son even walked an hour to the post office in Chiba where the parcel was being held and confirmed the address was correct. He was told it would be delivered that day - it was not. It was then returned to the UK. Parcel force tried to deliver it whilst I was at work - I had no notification that they were going to be delivering that day even though I had been chasing parcel monkey constantly. I have attempted redelivery twice, once to my work address and once to a local post office. Still no sign - We are now in February and all I get is "we will contact the courier". I paid the higher rate of insurance in case my parcel got lost but I am getting no where. So no xmas presents for my son, time and money on my part and fob offs from Parcel Monkey

I had been given a tracking number that didnt work, and my customer was frustrated that their parcel was late and couldnt be tracked. I was connected to Mafe Cruz during the online chat, and they were very helpful. Sent me a link to a working tracking number within 5 mins. Which showed that the parcel was going to be delivered today.

Price was much better than quoted from Parcelforce for the same service. Unfortunately, my parcel has sat in the Parcelforce distribution centre for a week and not moved according to the tracking!

Disappointed that my brother the recipient has been told he has to pay $25 at his end to get the parcel. Overall the post office would have been much cheaper

Avoid this scumbag company like the plague. Sent three parcels with Evri, 2 missing, 1 destroyed. I have waited for a solution from these guys of a missing parcel since June 2025, my goods came to around £120, 29/1/26 today, I am offered £25 for my goods. Sending 3 parcels and all 3 not reaching the recipient is absolutely awful.

Ive been stuck home, waiting for a collection booked through ParcelMonkey, and neither DPD nor ParcelMonkey have been able to confirm a collection time slot. Its now past 3pm, and Im still stuck in, waiting for the collection. They also make it impossible to receive any relevant information. Absolutely frustrating. I would not recommend using ParcelMonkey to anyone.

Generally poor and problematic like most parcel agents. My inbox with them having to raise an issue on deliverys is brimming. Often find customer service vague , overlook questions or patronising. Have been using for my business last few years , used all of them at some point. biggest issues are how they deal with returns, going back to them first then back to you, or they will dispose of the item if you dont pay admin charge £7 and the courier cost back to you. So to get that parcel back to my customer thats 1 delivery charge there, 1 delivery charge back, another delivery charge there , + admin fee, turns out to be over £50 for a failed delivery that should cost £12 Most recent problem, they actively prohibit entering dimensions that *should be accepted by the courier size/weight limit* , forcing people to buy a more expensive/bigger service , - just exploiting people really. They said this was something to do with some items not fitting on conveyor belts / standard sizing. For example my courier parcelforce accept upto 300cm length/girth combined, my parcel equates to 270 , but parcel monkey do not accept the dimensions and will not let you book the service you are entitled to ! Ontop of that the recent transition Parcelforce merge into royal mail has been poorly updated on their site, often tracking links not working. I have moved away as much business as possible - much cheaper to book my orders direct through ebay/royal mail, upto the larger size items.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star except you have to, to write a review!!! I used Parcel Monkey to return a package to Turkey, from the UK and they charged me £40. The company they used NEVER delivered the package, said it was being returned to me, because it was not picked up by the recipient from the delivery depot within the ‘holding time’. They claimed to have tried to deliver it, but the receiver wasn’t home, so it went to ‘holding’ where they sent her a missed delivery notice and she didn’t claim it. The dates they claimed to have done all this conflict with each other- saying they held it from 3/1-19/1/26, yet tried to deliver in 12/1/26…and then also sent me a notice it was being RETURNED to me, with no tracking available, as it’s NOT a priority, on 12/1/26 as well. TOTAL SCAM and customer service keep giving me a different CONFLICTING answer as to what’s going on. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They are a SCAM and won’t refund my money!!

I filled in all the relevant forms, including customs declarations for the gift I was sending. Having checked the regulations, it is exempt from taxes. And yet I STILL got charged an extra rate from the courier in the UK. I would not have sent via this method if I had known the additional charges as there were cheaper ways ultimately

I ordered and paid for express 24 with Parcel Force. It was picked up on the Tuesday by the postman. It was delivered to me on Thursday, 48 hours later. What is the point of booking express 24.

Avoid. Whilst their parcel fees are less than other companies / using couriers directly, the problems encountered have cost me hours and hours of time, calls to the courier in the USA on countless occasions along with to the FDA because Parcel Monkey simply do not pass on information from the Courier to help with customs clearance. A 48 hour delivery service is now in excess of one month and the parcel remains in US customs with Parcel Monkey unable to explain why, even though customs fees have been paid. They do not answer what is asked of them. No telephone contact number to speak to any at Parcel Monkey says it all.

If there was Minus Mark on rating I would give it to them! I used this company back on October last year to return some panel lights to I company as they were the wrong ones, however, the 2 large parcels arrived damaged to the merchant and they sent me photos of 5 damaged panels out of the 14 I was returning and because I had insurance on the parcels, I did contact Parcel Monkey and sent them all relevant documents and photos and till now nothing happened! Every time they come with an excuse and after few times they copy and paste the same non sense response from our previous discussions! I’m still waiting till now and nothing happened. Will not use them again!
