The purchasing process with simple with the available options. However, after purchasing the2 different options required, I was informed I would receive the labels within 30 minutes. After 1 hour I had to contact the help centre, as nothing had arrived, the operator said they would resend the order, which they did and the label arrived; I enquired regarding the 2nd order and the operator had to resubmit this again for the label to be sent to me.

I am having problems with my parcel, it has not been accepted by DPD. I am having no success contacting Parcel Monkey to solve my problem, there is no telephone contact and there is no response to my urgent written query. Unacceptable customer service.

once again being charged after the parcel has been delivered, stating over weight or oversized. case weight was confirmed on parcel force scales as being under the stated weight and the dimensions of the case wee checked several times and again overstated when booking, I beleive parcel monkey are operating some sort of scam here and never present proof to justify there extra charge

I have sent numerous parcels in the last couple of months and I still dont know where 2 are. Its very worrying when you send precious items to your loved ones for Chritmas and all you do is worry where they are.

This is the 3rd time using parcel monkey after recommendations to use them. Easy to navigate the site, everything straight forward and full explanation of packing your goods,updated as the parcel travels. Great price as I shop to my daughter in canada. I wont be using Royal Mail for parcels again after using Parcel Monkey - so much easier and cheaper.

If you want to be ridiculed, ignored, and pay for a service that will never be delivered and will waste your time, then hire them. Its a complete waste of time and a terrible service.

Parcel still not collected. Any form of acknowledgement there is a missing parcel being passed between 3 parties. One saying its been collected from them, one saying it hasnt been scanned in and this one claiming i have to contact the courier... What exactly should i do? £60 down including the contents and what i paid for the delivery

Easy to use the site to book a parcel. Have used parcel monkey on many occasions. Not had a problem with any parcels going to Europe except that the countries the parcels arrive in are slow in the customs areas

It was very easy to access your app which gave me a list of couriers to choose from. Just added the weight and size of parcel which I needed transported got the price paid and dropped of at local shop. So simple.

I paid for two parcels to be delivered to my grandchildren on Sunday 30th November to be picked up by Parcelforce on Monday 1st December but they were not collected. I emailed them as you could not telephone. My email was responded to on Tuesday 2nd December with no explanation. They sent new labels so we had to reprint them, take the original labels off and put the new ones on to be collected not that day but Wednesday 3rd December. Waited in all day did an online chat at lunchtime to see if they could tell me if they were going to be collected.Was told they would get back to me after investigation.NEVER DID!!!!!! The parcels were yet again NOT COLLECTED. I did another online chat and they said that they could not give an explanation So i asked to cancel the collection and asked for a refund. I was told I had to email to cancel and get my money back. Terrible customer service will never use them again
