Great that the driver comes and collects the package. An improvement would be maybe to have a time frame when he is coming to collect.

Brilliant service in every respect. Did an internet search on Monday and Parcelmonkey was not only the cheapest but offered the quickest delivery. The package was collected promptly the same day and delivered to a very rural address in France on Thursday. Flawless service.

Parcel Monkey site could do with a costomer service telephone number. I understand that it is not their fault when a courier misses a pickup or delivery but it is important to be able to speak with someone

The ability to do everything online and still know that your parcel will be in safe hands is second to none. Speedy, reliable and above all else, simple. Would definitely recommend to those that want a cost and time efficient service you can trust.

Even though it was their fault, they one, didnt apologise and two, gave no support to rectify the issue. In the end yodell collected on the following day and apparently it was booked on that day? Complete incompetence from Parcelmonkey

I had used Parcel Monkey for a parcel to Europe before and it arrived in good time and condition, so when I had another I opted to use them again. It was an absolute disaster that really doesnt deserve even a single star. The collection of the parcel was slow (I had supplied dimensions and weight and courier arrived without a trolley to take it, so had to come back at the end of the day.) The parcel was delayed by days beyond expectation. My bosses had to take replacement gifts on flights, meaning they each had excess baggage costs, and the parcel, when it eventually arrived, had to be returned for distribution to UK customers. We couldnt trust parcel monkey for this time critical delivery and because of the tight deadline we had to pay a premium rate to international courier. I battled with Parcel monkey for recompense and they accepted no responsibility as they said they were acting as an agent and we had no contract with them. About a month after getting a small credit they charged our credit card for more than the credit claiming original parcel dimensions had been understated. There was no way of proving this either way and I gave up and accepted the charge. Would never recommend them to anyone, I think a real monkey could do better.

All shipments are measured by calibrated equipment via the couriers so we rely on this information as they charge us for oversized shipments. All worked ok only difficult part was phoning local delivery agent to get a convenient time.also in Italy giving your clients a green phone number will not work with a UK phone service provider as it will not allow a connection...then you have to have an Italian sim also.overall a good and very well priced service that I will use again.

I used the DX "next day" service, it took three days, so a bit disappointing.

Waited in all day for a collection and never turned up then had a missed collection note the next day and had to reschedule for the next day.

We have used Parcel Monkey regularly now for outgoing packages as well as those we receive. We have done this ever since a client told us they were much less expensive than Royal Mail and were absolutely efficient.
He was not wrong. Parcel Monkey has never, never, let us down.

The parcel was Christmas gifts for family in Europe. It got there in the new year . Tracking was useless with no contact number and no one to speak to. I think your service is the worst I have experienced. A massive disappointment for my family total frustration at the inability to speak anyone. I will go out of my way to put people off of using you. It will cost you customers I will make sure of that.

We have now installed a Live Chat system to make our customer service more quick and accessible, and so I do hope you will consider using our service again.
Parcel was collected promptly and delivered very fast (3 days in Europe). Not to mention at a price 7 times lower than what I was quoted directly from a delivery service on high street. Will use this service again and recommend it to friends.

I have used Parcel Monkey to ship parcels within the UK and also to The Netherlands. In the case of the latter, I shipped about 10 very large boxes. Everything arrived in good condition. The couriers all showed up on the appointed day and everything went smoothly. I would use Parcel Monkey again, as they saved me a lot of money!

I sent a small, high value item to Australia using pacelmonkey Their quote for sending this with insurance was very good. The parcel was collected and sent to the international shipper depot by YODEL. The international leg was handled by TRACKPAK. I was told to print out and attach 2 labels emailed to me. The parcel was entered into their system with its size 18x13x8 cms. EACH OF THE LABELS WAS TWICE THE SIZE OF THE PARCEL. I called the help desk who told me... TO REPACK THE ITEM IN A PARCEL BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE LABEL! I wondered if this would have a cost implication - but happily not. I did this, and the parcel has been efficiently tracked and delivered in the promised timescale to Australia.

Booking is very easy... however DX repeatedly did not show up when they should have and therefore we missed the order and in the end did not end up getting a refund! Other experiences have been okay
