Package delivered in tact, on time.......great
but, I received 2 emails
one, before the package had been picked up from my home saying it was on its way.
and
two (after the driver had picked it up) stating the driver had tried to pick it up from my home but that I was out.

Parcel monkey was far cheaper than going direct to Parcelforce for a recent shipment to Europe. I have used Parcelmonkey in the past and so far no real problems. It can be difficult to contact them if you have an issue, but so far they have always responded, even if this has taken a day or so.

Parcel arrived 24 hours late and damaged. No contact details for Parcelmonkey. Easier to deal with the delivery companies direct.

Booked and paid for on Thursday last week fro collection on Friday. Now it is the following Thursday and Im still awaiting a pick up.

Delivery was completely fouled up by DX resulting in us paying for the service but having to pay again for an alternative courier. No point of contact with Parcelmonkey apart from an email address leaves us high and dry.

If you are reading this review please do not use parcelmonkey, or for that matter any couriers, they are awful & constantly offer nothing but bad service. Ups, parcel force & Myhermes are the main culprits, constantly delivering broken items or simply reading the contents and keeping them for themselves, after stating the parcel has "gone missing"! I have online shops and am unfortunately forced to use them. This week, 5/5/2015, I have sent two large items. They have both been smashed to pieces in transit. They were wrapped to withstand couriers abuse but obviously the drivers/depot workers have no regard what-so-ever for customers parcels and these parcels have been thrown around! Awful service & what customers are not told is that if you receive compensation you will not get back any PayPal (or other) fees. If you really have to use a courier please over insure everything, at least try to make a profit from the couriers, it will teach them a lesson in the long run!

When it works Parcel Monkey is great but the test of a good company is how things work when the unexpected happens and how they treat customers. Parcel Monkey is reliant on their couriers and I would like to see them being more pro-active much faster when things arent happening as they should. With timed collections and deliveries theres no point attending to a complaint or inquiry the following day.

I had issues with their website not displaying the country that the parcel was going to on the page asking me to confirm that everything was correct. When I used the chat software to ask them what was going on the first person didnt really understand and then signed off. I then re-connected and chatted with someone else who was a little more helpful. In the end if I had clicked "proceed" on the confirm screen then I would have seen that the country was correctly displayed on the next screen. However I didnt want to confirm an incomplete address. Especially when they say that if there are any errors then youd need to cancel and re-book, with additional charges. With all the uncertainty about what the website was saying and the online chat, it took me nearly 2 hours to arrange delivery of the package, which is obviously way too long. I feel that they just need to look more closely at the customer experience using the website. The package arrived fine using DPD.

Half the plants were knocked out of the tray with the roots broken. The providing company is having to replace them.

Would recommend. Used Parcel Monkey to book collection of parcel from Newcastle UK to Singapore using Parcelforce. Collection was done that day and delivered to Singapore much quicker than I anticipated. Will use again. Please

I booked with your company to have a parcel collected ,you were going to use yodel and the parcel was booked for collection on wed 29 April,I stayed in all that day and the next day ? No collection .since then I have E mailed you twice ,I am still waiting for a reply. As to the parcel I was forced to use Royal Mail because the delivery of the parcel had become urgent.I would love to hear from you regarding my experience of your company. [email protected]

Parcel monkey excellent site, easy to use and quick results. Unfortunately I choose parcel force who although gave a date to uplift .. No time. So it meant hanging about all day. Uplifted at 14.50 on Thursday for next day delivery . One box arrived all in order but the other box did not arrive until today (Wednesday ) and was completely damaged. Still waiting on update from buyer as to the condition of goods .

I have always gone to the post office to post my parcels, which was proving very expensive. This service is so easy and more than less than half the price. I will and I have recommended to my friends And family.

booked delivery via parcelmonkey (online booking process was very smooth). waited in all day for collection of parcel (after taking day off work) and nothing. tried to track parcel and kept being told my parcel does not exist so tried to call and cannot get through to a human so did the online chat. the chat guy was really apologetic and rescheduled the delivery for another day. guess what! no collection of parcel for the 2nd time! chased again via the chat service and was told they cannot track until parcel collected so that was a waste of my time. will not use this service again im afraid :(

Im really upset how I been treated recently by parcel money. They have promises on their different service that are not true. When they broke their promise and I ask for a refund they refused. This was for their same day service. They have also failed to keep times for booking. I booked in for same dat collection with in the time that they gave but they didnt come that day and not for another 2 days. This caused both me and my customer a lot of stress. Again I asked for a refund and they refused. I dont like this way of doing business and I hope that parcel monkey can improve in the future.

I used Parcelmonkey to pickup a couple of immaculate B&O speakers I had secured on Ebay. I insured them for the value of the transaction, and they were parcelled according to specifications. During transportation they got damaged, the courier was brave enough to let me know they had been damaged. After 4 days of not knowing what was going on, i managed to get them delivered. And yes, they were damaged, but not beyound repair. So I filed a claim, and provided all the fact on the website. I then left for vacation, without email access for 8 days. During my vacation ParcelMonkey had requested further details, photos etc. And since I only were able to respond on day 9, they refused to accept the claim. I find this customer service unbelivable, I would advise NEWER to use ParcelMonkey again.
