Brilliant service from HK-based Onestop Digital via DHL. Just 2 days for dispatch and delivery. In comparison a recent similar transaction using Royal Mail took 19 days :).

After a hopeless try with `ANYVAN`, I opted to use DX as my courier for two 35k boxes with £400 value - the cost of transport & insurance and tracking was CHEAPER & quicker than using `a man and a white van!

Parcel was collected on the day advised and delivered within two weeks to the address in New Zealand.
Only criticism, if the collection could be advised as AM or PM it would be useful , I waited in all day for a 4:30 collection

I ordered a delivery from UK to USA - the purchase went smoothly and the packages were collected from my home address as requested. The online status was very slow to update and therefore not an accurate representation of where the packages were. About a week later my bank account was compromised - the Parcelmonkey website was the only unfamiliar site I had used around that time - I dont have conclusive proof it was Parcelmonkey, but it seems too much of a coincidence. The two packages were delivered over two consecutive days - however the online status did not update to reflect this, and changed to a state of "Delivered" before the second package had been delivered, leaving me frantic. Parcelmonkey delivered the goods, however not without issue.

Communication is diabolical, service is shoddy and Parcel Monkey communication with the couriers they outsource to is equally terrible. Every parcel we have dispatched through them has encountered an issue at some point in the delivery process and TWICE they have failed to collect a parcel from us. Would certainly not recommend. The hassle caused by using this company and the time spent remedying their mistakes is not worth any minute savings experienced.

Delivered on time for great price. My only issue is with the delivery driver, who didnt ask for signiture and didnt help my heavily pregnant sister with 9kg box to her flat!!!

Very cheap and very quick pick up and delivery. Item arrived next day and nothing was damaged and cost £14 when I went to the direct website it would have cost me £40 parcel monkey saved me ££££. I am gonna use PM every time I ship stuff

Got the cheapest quote. Paid and waited..Evening got a call from driver thats hes pickn up parcel in next 10 mins... Thats it. Next day afternoon recieved message from buyer that they received parcel & were thankful for quick delivery.
Suggestion : dont wait to get tracking updated online. Updates online are slower than the actual delivery time :)
