Communication is diabolical, service is shoddy and Parcel Monkey communication with the couriers they outsource to is equally terrible. Every parcel we have dispatched through them has encountered an issue at some point in the delivery process and TWICE they have failed to collect a parcel from us. Would certainly not recommend. The hassle caused by using this company and the time spent remedying their mistakes is not worth any minute savings experienced.

Delivered on time for great price. My only issue is with the delivery driver, who didnt ask for signiture and didnt help my heavily pregnant sister with 9kg box to her flat!!!

For just over £14.00, a 12kg parcel was collected from my door and delivered the best day.

Very cheap and very quick pick up and delivery. Item arrived next day and nothing was damaged and cost £14 when I went to the direct website it would have cost me £40 parcel monkey saved me ££££. I am gonna use PM every time I ship stuff

Got the cheapest quote. Paid and waited..Evening got a call from driver thats hes pickn up parcel in next 10 mins... Thats it. Next day afternoon recieved message from buyer that they received parcel & were thankful for quick delivery.
Suggestion : dont wait to get tracking updated online. Updates online are slower than the actual delivery time :)

Collection was fine. It was expected to be delivered Friday the next day but was delivered the following Wednesday. At some point the package has been heavily dropped resulting in the contents being broken. Currently waiting pictures for insurance claim.

On the whole parcelmonkey did very well and my parcel was intact seeing it was very fragile. Only grip was a phone call if possible about 1/2 hr before delivery like most companys do. Read some bad reviews about the company but yes I would use again. Thank you.

Have used PM a few times before and service has been ok. However just last week, infact twice in 1 week parcels were collected 2 days late on both occasions. Come on PM get it together, its no good asking me to rate you if its not gonna be good is it?!?!?!?!

I am not a big user of any parcel post now but when ever I do need to have a bulky item delivered I think of Parcelmonkey now. Only drawback is having to stay in on the collection day until the courier arrives. A time slot would help.

Use Parcelmonkey to organise a Parcel Force delivery whcih itself was fine.
The niggles were that I could not complete the booking form on the website without Parcelmonkey keeping my credit card details even though there was an option for this not to be done-but it would not take no for an answer.
2nd niggle, I filled in the special instructions part of the form to say that the parcel was to be collected from the rear of the building, the correct delivery part of out complex and not the front reception desk. This information did not filter through and I had to carry a big heavy parcel all through the building to the front desk.
