The home page claims to save you money but in reality they charge a lot more than going direct. Parcelforce delivered my parcel and booking direct would have been almost half the price. Not only this but parcelforce insure the items up to £150 as standard on the service I used but parcelmonkey charged me a surcharge to insure up to £100. I disputed this with them and asked for a partial refund as their home page is clearly false advertising and their excuse is that they save you money over other comparison sites. It doesn’t mention this anywhere on their site and when I confronted them they stopped responding. No answer now to the last 3 messages sent 4 days ago. Terrible customer service and a ripoff. You take these companies at their word believing they will be cheaper than going direct otherwise what is the point in using them to compare couriers?

Parcel was picked up as was stated. The man was very polite. Arrived in good time, the parcel was in good condition when delivered. I would most definitely use again. I would recommend parcel monkey. Made the process of sending to the USA sent out all paperwork that you need, all I had to do was print it out and put in on the parcel.

Awful experience with Parcel Monkey! Charged £24 to collect a large item from me via UPS. All went fine and heard nothing from them. Then all of a sudden I get a bank notification saying Parcel Monkey have taken another £89! At this point I’d had no contact from them to advise me of this charge. Eventually I received an email explaining that I had got my measurements or weight wrong and it basically said that if I refute the cost I probably won’t be successful as they use lasers to measure and work out all dimensions and that less than 2% of people are successful. Honestly please do not use this company!.

Absolute disaster. Still waiting for my parcel 8 days late. I heard from the collection address that the courier has damaged my parcel and then tried to take it back to them, which they refused to accept, and yet the courier (Parcelforce) still has not contacted me or replied to my email, even though I am the one whose contact details they have and who paid for and organised the delivery in the first place.

An extra charge with explanations not particularly convincing and transparent. It might be useful for packages to be measured and weighed by you in the presence of the customer before being transported. Informing the customer after the package has been picked by you that the size and weight was much higher than what the customer indicated is not very transparent.

Terrible website - full of bugs. And Terrible customer service. I spent hours writing itemised customs records, which have to be incredibly detailed. When clicking next, the form generated by Parcelmonkey only listed one item which was completely incorrect. Not only had I lost an hours work, but it had generated a customs receipt which listed gift - meaning I would be liable for import taxes. This happened several times. Staff were useless, insincere and didnt understand the issue. The response was oh, youll need to do it again. Avoid at all costs.

Parcel Monkey lost my parcel, and took 2 months to admit it when they also told me I would be unable to claim a refund. They do not help at all when things go wrong and are impossible to get hold of. They are hands down the worst parcel company I have ever encountered and I would stay as far away from the company as possible. In my opinion, the company should be shut down and if I had more energy to argue I would take the case to court (which many have done if you google). Please stay away.

My packages were picked up on the day they were due to and there were no issues that arose. I know this issue does not apply to Parcel Monkey but my boxes did arrive in pretty poor state even though I bought tough boxes and packaged them well. However, no items were missing and everything arrived perfectly!

Fantastic way to send any parcels. Delivery is quick and easy. Really convenient to pay upfront before you drop parcel/s for collection. Was way quicker to send to USA than through royal mail ,it took 5 days via parcelmonkey but took over 2 weeks via Royal mail and it was more expensive as well. Recommend to anyone thinking of using

Next day delivery took 3 working days. Tracking showed the parcel to be ‘in transit’ Slow to chase up. No chance of being compensated for failing to offer the service that was paid for. Won’t be using again.

Other alternatives available DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY 60 pound over charge for a parcel that apparently is over the declare weight and would have cost 0.30 pence if was the correct weight. No proof of the parcel being over the declared weight or how much. Other alternatives available DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Easy website to use but does not indicate that 3 copies of the customs form need to be inserted in the clear folder / envelope on the shipment.
Shipment was superb and the price was more than acceptable.
