It was easy to arrange, fast and a lot cheaper than I expected to deliver a package from England to Hong Kong.

My parcel was due to be delivered on Friday last week but it still hasn’t been delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. I waited for 30 minutes on live chat with no response.

I used Evri as courier option and my item has still not arrived and Evri’s customer service has been appalling. I have been attempting to get updates from their customer service team however no real answers given. Would never use again.

Every time I send a parcel abroad contact details for the person are never on the sheets just 00000000 ridiculous I have emailed Parcel Monkey several times never get a reply very poor customer service it’s like ok we have had your money now we don’t care

Gave a good set of options for sending the parcel, easy to put the information in and because you print labels and customs declaration yourself its no hassle when dropping off. Parcel delivered within specified timescale.

apparently parcel held by dpd at customs I was led to believe parcels[used clothing value £15] were exempt from duty under gov regs if less than 39 euros if this is a government ruling how can this parcel be held.

After paying the agreed fee, we got charged a further £125 for being 4kg UNDER the agreed weight. That is 300% of our original fee. Despite contacting them directly asking for further explanation, we have yet to hear from them about this charge. Will never use their service again. Awful company.

Have not collected parcels from a week ago

I paid for next day delivery and no one collected it. The next day they said they’d tried but that wasn’t true. The parcel then went to two different depots and got lost. No one could track it. It was handed to Royal Mail which I found out after having to make many calls. It turned up 8 days later and I’d already left the delivery address so had to pay again to get it sent on. The item was for the funeral of my mother, and was of significant sentimental value. The service was appalling. They had zero idea where the item was and declared they couldn’t find out as the carriers weren’t responding. They responded to me quite easily. I wish I’d read the awful reviews before I used them.

I did not received a label or instructions to send item back .only non readable message from you .I e mailed you and cancelled your services but you did not reply to me .I asked for refund and had to go to my bank and make a complaint about you and they trying to get my money back from you that you took off me and no label sent and no reply from yourselves to me . lots of bad reviews on your site.I also complained to company parcel was going back to as they recommended you.disgusted with your service.

Havent received my parcel, a week later than promised - no communication from courier (DPD). Parcel Monkey allows you to track but all it says is that they havent received my parcel yet. A shame for my first experience as it seemed like a straight forward process.

Just when you think there is nothing more they can ask for they think of something. They lost a parcel, Initially, they claimed it had been delivered and they had a picture to prove delivery which caused a dispute between me and the person to whom I sent the parcel. The buyer took a dispute out against me and won as there was no picture. The monkeys then said the parcel was returned to me (which it wasnt), and they then said it was damaged (which is possible as monkeys often do damage things). They are now questioning if I really sold the item and if the buyer really had his money refunded. Each time I have provided the monkeys with the documents they have asked for they ask for something new. On their site, they claim that they have a 4.5-star rating on Trust Pilot. However this site shows a rating lower than 4 (and its falling)

remember "you get what you pay for" its taking longer than a week to deliver a parcel 20 miles via yodel, would have been cheaper to deliver myself!
