I have sent a large suitcase from the UK to Turkey. However, the shipment did not even leave the UK. I have done everything correctly, as this is not the first time I have sent a parcel via parcel monkey. We urgently need our suitcase as it has all the books we need and the clothes we wear. The only option they offered us was to dispose of the item!! So they told me that we will put your suitcase in the bin!! I dont even have a visa now, so I fly to the UK and collect my item!

Absolute nightmare,sent a parcel that was to get there next by 12,1 week later still not there 6 attempts and the delivery driver claimed that they could not find this well established well known building,did not attempt to call customer for guidance even though they had the number and the customer stayed in for this urgently needed parcel before leaving the country,I provided photos of the property as well as a map link.The customer now wants a refund so I have lost £275 and a good customer,parcel monkey did nothing but give me generic messages for a week as to what was occuring. Very disappointed and I will be reporting them and PF to trade commision.

Great service, pickup at the door so didnt need to take an 18kg box to the Post Office. The parcel went to France and my friend said it arrived perfectly. Will use again at that price.

It was easy to book. The problem i encountered was that the ibformation provided told me i could take my parcels to a particular drop off lication but it transpired that this was incorrect so i had to travel to an alternative drop off lication. Wasted time & petrol.

I paid for 48delivery with Parcelforce,the parcel should have been delivered on a Saturday,it was delivered on Tuesday following the august bank holiday. I feel frustrated and let down by this service.

There was no attempted delivery note left with my customer to let them know the parcel was at the post office. If I hadnt tracked it they would never have know to go and collect .

First time used parcel monkey, met all requirements. Had deliveries from the lady that collected b4 from parcel force and she deserves a pay rise if not on correct level, lovely lady rembers names and past deliveries and always polite and helpful

My parcel is missing and they just didnt reply to my emails, or reply 2 days after, with a cut and paste email, with an apology. But the tracking number has not been updated since 13 days ago. THEY DO NOT HELP ME The courier didnt pick up my parcel and after 8 days I am still waiting for a refund. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, They just use a cut-and-paste email.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They didnt care about the customers. My box is missing and the tracking number has not been updated since 13 days ago they just sent me a cut-and-paste email, asking me to be patient. They didnt give me any solution, and they took days to reply to you.

Arranging the booking and collection through Parcel Monkey was easy enough. Parcelforce were booked to deliver 3 parcels the next day. Delivery was attempted to the back gate of the property, of course no one could see the delivery person to accept the delivery, a calling card was thrown over the gate for someone to find the next day whilst out in the garden. Re-delivery was booked, this didnt happen. Finally 5 days after the delivery should have been made, I had to drive to the Coventry depot to retrieve the now extremely urgent parcels for conference set up the next day. Not happy at all.
