Parcel Monkeys themselves were their usual efficient themselves. FedEx however were a disaster taking 4cdays to make a next day delivery.

My second time sending a parcel via PM and really happy with the service. Parcel was picked up on time and my buyer was really pleased to get the item exactly in the time slot Id told him to expect delivery! Perhaps a little more expensive than some but you get what you pay for. I picked the right courier and will definitely use them again! Brilliant service all round :-)

Easy to navigate website. Choice of delivery options with price stated from the off. In my case Parcel Force. Parcel collected on day requested within time frame and delivered the next day. Proof of delivery also sent. Used Parcel Monkey to return item ordered on Amazon as parcel was too big to be collected by Evri.This worked really well for me recommended.

I have been using Parcel Force for years, sending goods weekly. Recently, my packages have not been arriving on time. 24 hour packages have been arriving after 72 hours. Im very disappointed

So satisfied with this. First time Ive used it to send a package to a friend in Canada. Three days from pick-up to drop-off. Well worth the expense. If I need to do so again, it will be Parcel Monkey UK I choose to do it.

Great One-Stop Shop for all parcels. The idea is great, you can see and compare all the different prices for the products you want from the moment you start. You can see clearly all options and are able what you can do in your area.
The only downside is that it takes times to generate the tracking numbers (from 1 hours to 12 hours). Also you only find out that your package is going to a remote area after you have filled out 1 or 2 pages of information, then the prices change :/

Usually a good cheaper service. But this time the courier (Parcelforce)put my parcel through there lazar measuring device diagonal & said it was much longer & wider than it was, so Parcel Monkey Charged me an extra £45.79! Then ignored me. Then had to keep referring it to Parcelforce who eventually sent a picture of it diagonally on there conveyor belt. Despite this proof that they are wrong say I have to send pics; of my parcel with a tape measure against it. I am dealing with Artificial intelligence so it just keeps turning my appeal down.
