Very bad service. They didnt provide a photo as proof of delivery. I called them twice, but they couldnt help, or rather, they didnt want to help. They just said, Oh, we cant help you, call later. We even checked the CCTV, and no one came to deliver the parcel at the time they provided in the tracking.

Item damaged. Made claim in July.Had to settle out of court in late September. Compensation paid by BACS which took 5 working days to arrive. Very little, almost non-existent communication from Customer Service or Claims Team. Extremely poor customer service standards. Had to send a Letter before Action for them to acknowledge their liability. Will not be using them or sister company another courier again.

Parcel Monkey directed us to many options from which to choose our service, so Im happy with that. I chose EVRI as they were one of the cheaper options and Ive had stuff delivered successfully by them before (even though Ive never arranged a collection from anyone, so I had no previous experience to go on). This didnt go so well and the problem is that theres no-one to speak to about problems that arise. I went to their website and typed through all the options on the chatbot, explaining the problem as clearly as I could; I did have the tracking number so that did help. I then followed up with a phonecall, but this was simply an AI experience as well. They said, "I can see there is a query on your order. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours". 3 working days later, I was still trying to get through to someone to find out what was happening. Theres no way to find out the status of your query or to speak to a real person, so I ended up just having to cancel and take the parcel down to the post office. I hope I get a refund but havent seen it yet.

The package was stuck in the warehouse for more than the estimated time of delivery and till now, there is no delivery date thats confirmed. I am really disappointed and outraged by the service and there are no updates of when the package is going to be delivered

No email or phone communication of progress of parcel. Parcel was return to sender without even a phone call or email.

Was stupid enough to use this company to send a parcel down the country. I packaged it extremely well, with "handle with care" label, and the buyer received it damaged. However, the worst part of all this is how they have dealt with it afterwards! I paid extra for insurance cover just incase they decided to handle it incorrectly and throw it about - which they did. Put a claim in, sent all pics and info and my claim was approved. But, after almost a week of them telling me they sent payment via BACS - still nothing and they are now ignoring me. Shambless of a company and I cant stress enough for people to avoid. I will be taking this further - embarrassing ????♂️

parcel sent on the 16th of September. Delivered to destination on the 19th of September.Parcel monkey wait until the 25th of September to inform me of 4pounds 69pence additionalcharges with no proof from parcelforce that extra charges have been applied. ParcelMonkey were asking me to rate there service days before informing me of exta charges.

Dont know whos fault it was, but twice, parcel force failed to collect my parcel despite paying for 24 hour delivery. In the end I loaded it in the car and took it myself. This is also the 3rd time this has happened. Not having much confidence tbh

A large parcel which was a difficult shape was handled and delivered on time and at a reasonable cost. Some other quotes were outrageous. I would have appreciated a bit more accurate pick up time as I was not sure what time of day it would be. Overall very good Thankyou.

Was not collected the (am) day as promised.Following day (24hrs) was more successful and the parcel taken. I repair bus parts and my customers require a reasonable delivery slot within two days of despatch. When my article leaves my premises here, I have to promise a reasonable set delivery time for the customer.The down time of a bus undergoing a repair is very expensive.

Can I not give 0 stars? Even that would be generous! Do not go near this company under any circumstances. No matter what information you provide for your delivery and how accurate you try to be (even when you provide larger dimensions and higher weights to try and make sure there’ll be no issues) they will find a way to charge you more and just conveniently say how it’s not them but the courier who has passed it on. When raising a dispute they will just fob you off and not actually deal with the problem, in the hope you’ll go away and accept the charge as if you’ve done something wrong. The charges they pass on for the supposedly correct details I “didn’t” declare, will then also be higher than what the service would have been if these had been entered “correctly” at the time of booking, not sure how that works. They take the money without even warning you and send you the email after the fact to try and prove their case. I really hope enough people see this to make a difference and that you don’t have to go through what I have been through. Remember a company is only as good as how they deal with problems and mistakes and this company shouldn’t have any credibility!

Booked a next day delivery service, parcel took two days to arrive. Complained to parcel monkey who have never replied. Complained directly to the courier who said they cant deal with it as it was booked through parcel monkey. I wont bother using parcel monkey again, will go directly to a courier.

I got double charged for an item for it after the weight and dimensions weren’t correct. I had measured and weighed this correctly and put into the system then they took an extra payment more than originally without any notice

I used parcel monkey to send a parcel to Mauritius. Couldnt have been easier. Filled the forms online, the parcel was collected from my house on my chosen day. Although I had to pay extra when it arrived to Mauritius by a Mauritian courrier. My parcel was delivered safetly at my parents house.
