Brilliant, great range of prices and couriers to choose from , took 2 days to get from Northumberland to San Diego using UPS , used a few times and very happy to recommend

Yet again unable to upgrade when the mistake has been made by the courier. This is not the first time that YOUR system has not allowed proper custome care. Bottom line Parcel Monkey couldnt care less once theyve got your money.They might as well get rid of all Customer care staff because theyre powerless to do anything. Your staff need to be able to contact the courier. Also you cleverly put What three words on your site but its not used.

Fantastic delivery time, two days to America.
First time of sending a parcel there and found it very easy to do through this company. Filling out the forms was simple and a good variety of drop off points. Was kept well informed throughout the whole process. I cannot praise them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

Parcel Monkey made sending an odd-shaped package to the US very straightforward. The paperwork aspect could be quickly dealt with, and the shipping label was instantly available. I am very pleased and will use Parcel Monkey again.

The company misinforms, hides information and plainly lies when it comes to shipping. Avoid them at all costs. If a parcel is returned they take it hostage with extra charges instead of sending back you, the sender. They misinform of any customs charges that there may be with their calculator. Support form them is less than worthless. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them

They took extra money from my PayPal 2 weeks later as said the dimensions were wrong but I measured them to ensure accuracy and copied the weight from the seller himself! Craftily set up a repeat payment on PayPal without me knowing! I will never use them again !

If you are shipping internationally, Parcel Money dont make it clear that the price you pay does not include duty in the receiving country. We sent a pair of socks to Germany for around £10 then had to pay £30 to UPS Germany!!!!!!

If i can give 0, I would, but 1 star is minimum. Ive sent a bumper spoiler with them . I measure it. i give them the dimensions and the weight.. They charged me 56£ for the delivery all good.. but after one week, they charged me extra 130£ for the reason the parcel was bigger . When I wrapped with bubble foil I added 10cm more each side and I didnt realise so instead of 180cm was 200cm.. to charge nearly 3 times more .. is ripping people off ... Avoid at any costs
