Large parcel, collected and arrived on time

Additional courier charge of £76.60 on top of £11.99 without authorisation , although I did use the weight which was quoted on the Amazon product website. Ridiculous price to charge but now being disputed through debit card chargeback

Very apprehensive about arranging a collection through Parcel Monkey, but we had no need to be worried. The instructions were simple for us to understand, and the cost was very reasonable. It was collected on time, as promised, and delivered back to Amazon. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

The worst company I use . They Charge me extra 76.70£ for 10cm more parcel size , for Parcel 15kg which I paid 39,40 £ also very expensive never again I will use this service . They took money from my accound for extra charge Without my permission !!!! Avoid

Really good, only reason for 4 stars is that there was no update on what time my parcel would be collected, so had no idea when they were picking it up

The parcel was a birthday gift and was meant to arrive on certain date. I have chosen Parcel Monkey, because they were promising the delivery on that specific date. Well, they havent. Not only they havent (it have been ver week now), but they did not let us know anything at all and we had to search and chase ourselves.

Easy to use, reasonably priced but as yet I have not received my package. This may be due to it being held at customs awaiting payment which has been done but still awaiting delivery.

I was so disappointed with this company I sold a pushchair for 80 pounds I was really carful wrapping and mesuring and weighing got lots of quota all for around 20 pounds ! I Sent it through parcel monkey on the for 20 pound’s but a ,couple of days later I get an email to say it’s was heavier then I had declared so they had charged me 86 pounds !!!!!!! Which had already been taken from my account!! I was so disappointed and upset I felt robbed !!!! I emailed the company they didn’t want to know or help at all I was left feeling frustrated upset and robbed !!!

Worst company to deal with in the UK! Didnt another courier three times. Rubbish customer services, still waiting for my refund. No way of actually speaking with someone on the phone!!

While expensive, the collection service worked as it should, the parcel was successfully collected the next day, arrived at destination the day after. The courier was pollte, also gave me a receipt. He came indoors to pick up the box as it was heavy for me. Also no complaints about me being on the first floor with just steps and no lift.

I purchased a global priority service through Parcel Monkey because i needed the item to arrive quickly at the end desitation. However, after posting my item it turns out that Parcel Monkey gave me a Euro Economy service instead of the Global Priority service i purchased against. Now my item is still in transit after 1 week when it should have arrived in 2 days, and i have been mis-sold a service (paid for priority but was given economy). I am trying to sort this out with their customer service team but they are not resolving the issue, and telling me to speak with the courier even though this has nothing to do with the courier, it is down to Parcel Monkey issuing me the wrong label. I was also told they had issued me the right label, but the wording on the label was incorrect - which is not true and has been verified as so by Parcel Force!! I need to receive a refund for the label you mis-sold me, plus full cover for the item because as a result it will now arrive with the customer far too late. Please can a member of staff that can actually resolve this issue contact me, or i will be raising this as a fraudulent claim with my bank.

Easy collection, and instructions. If sending international, do check if what you sign up for is a courier delivery at the other end. Mine was normal post which was fraught with delays

Parcel Monkey is the best postage service I have come a cross. Period!

Parcel arrived at its destination, took a little time but not a fault of the parcel company. Parcel force sent us one email which was different to the receivers email. Was very confusing and concening. Booking the parcel and posting was easy as we have done many before

The worst company ever, I booked the collection 8 times, and each times the outcome was that they attempted collection, I can assure you that I was at home each times, I checked the cameras of my building and nobody attempted nothing. Both parcels were pre-paid. The custom service kept telling me to rebook as they assure me the collection still 20 days after this are not collected.
