You have debited an extra £40 saying that the weight of my bag was 37 kgs when it was 26kg. There was no way it was 37kgs and I have not been given any proof. It is illegal to charge extra and use my CC details without authorisation. This is a complete lie and are ripping people off.

Can’t fault your service and so impressed. Easy to follow instructions when packing up the parcel. Easy to print labels and the collection came at the designated time. The parcel took 2 days to reach France. Can’t praise your service enough and have passed on your name to many friends. Thank you.

Second time in a row that the courier has failed to turn up on the day it is booked for. Communication is good but its not great when you pay for a service that turns up when they feel like it.

This was my first time using this courier service. Easy enough to arrange and hassle-free at a reasonable price. My parcel arrived at the destination overseas after a week. Very pleased, I will definitely use this company again in future.

Yet again using ParcelMonkey, even though the parcel was carefully weighed, a few days after delivery I got a charge for ‘additional weight’ Plus I also was given a further charge once it arrived in its destination country. The parcel was also delivered late. So, after paying £103 for the 3 day express service. I actually ended up paying £150 for an 8 day turnaround
