Excellent, As I live in Ireland and regularly purchase at UK online auctions. I have found with some auction houses that their postage fees can be extraordinarily expensive for lots I have won. Having found Parcel Monkey I can now, by obtaining the weight and dimensions of packages from auction houses, receive comparative quotes from various parcel delivery companies via Parcel Monkey. One recent example is I saved £180 on a collection and delivery in comparison to what I was quoted by the auction house. Now, and where I have the option to use my own courier from an auction house, I use Parcel Monkey.

Parcel Monkey is the worst! Forget Courier, which is a joke - paid for next day delivery, they managed to lose my parcel and I had to spend hours proving they had indeed collected it - Parcel Monkey implied I could get a refund as soon as the parcel was delivered (late). When the parcel was finally, after much work on my part, located and delivered, a day late - Parcel Monkey changed their tune "we owe you nothing until its at least five days late". Which is a bit ridiculous, really, when you pay a premium for NEXT DAY delivery. Always polite, but completely UNHELPFUL (this isnt mentioning the wrong link they sent to track the parcel, etc). I wont be using them again.

Fantastic service from pick up to delivery. Only took 6 days to send large parcel internationally. Much cheaper for larger parcel than competitors ive used in the past. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Due to a mistske on the part of delivery driver who scanned a canceled label I have been charged twice and my refund refused. Stupid to try saving a few quid and end up charged twice as much!

Absoutley disgusting service from parcel monkey and parcel force. Have lost 7 parcels and left me over £1000 out of pocket. I’m now taking this matter to court

The ParcelMonkey site was very easy to use and provided a quote, as well as options. The customer service from them was also great. My issue was when delivery was scheduled I had to carry most of the parcels down, I understand it is covid but when you pay for large parcel shipping you expect some level of help. The boxes arrived in good time, however the boxes were squished and looked quite badly handled. I had two/three items which were damaged inside the boxes (even though I had taken extra precaution to wrap and secure the items).

I’m very pleased. Parcel collected as you said and reachedLondon two days later. The collector was pleasant and made a suggestion as to wear I should stick the label next time and made a note on the parcel explaining where I had put it. All very helpful. The cost was reasonable as well. I will definitely be using this service again.

Very good, quick & easy and best prices given. I chose a DPD parcel collection. Parcel was collected next day and arrived safely in the Netherlands within 2 days as expected with detailed tracking at each step...brilliant service!

Three times now we have used this service and they have failed us. The first time they told us they had delivered the item but in fact that hadnt even collected the parcel from us, upon telling them this they charged us again to come and pick it up and failed to do so again. We ended up sending it out via Royal Mail but we were still charged for both deliveries they didnt carry out. After spending many hours jumping through hoops and phoning the claims team they did nothing to help. More recently we tried them again as we had a large fragile item to send to a customer, the product was damaged in transit and we had insurance on the product brought through Parcel Monkey UK who are now not honouring this and have said they can do nothing with our claim even though we have provided details and photographs of the damage and the costings. We have given this company many opportunities to sort the problems they have created for us but have now decided we shall no longer be using their services.
