having spent quite a lot of money to send a returns parcel to spain ,I was more than angry when the parcel was delivered to me after never even leaving the couriers depot for close on 20 days no explanation no tracking details only a text to tell me it was being delivered home. You really need to sort out your 3rd party couriers as DPD are possibly the worst at customer service . I in all honesty cannot recommend your service to anyone at the moment

I weighted my parcel at a post office and at home - it was under 1KG. a few weeks after using Parcel Monkey I received the following message; Following information provided by our courier partner Parcelforce we have made an additional charge of £4.69. to the credit/debit card you most recently used for purchasing shipping from Parcel Monkey. Dear Sir/Madam, Following information provided by our courier partner Parcelforce we have made an additional charge of £4.69. to the credit/debit card you most recently used for purchasing shipping from Parcel Monkey. The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 1.00kg made up of 1 box: The information I provided was correct. I have written to Parcel Monkey and I am still waiting on a reply. Be careful when using this service as I feel I have been unfairly charged. Parcel Monkey have provided no evidence. Extremely disappointing - I wont be using them again.

I have tried to contact parcel monkey but never got a reply. I tried contacting the carrier direct. All to no avail. I have no proof of posting apart from my cctv which also has the two conversations with the carrier. I am awaiting the outcome. The customer service on parcel monkey is all computerised so any contact is useless. Unless this is sorted to my satisfaction very shortly i will be taking further action as is available to me. In these days we especially need to be able to speak to human beings. A phone number is the necessary thing for any decent company with nothing to hide.

Please do not use parcel monkey. They take your money, don’t show and continue to bombard you with a daily reminder email that they will collect your parcel. They then send yet another email telling you they called and you were not at home, which is completely untrue, we have cameras to prove this. They do not respond to the emails I’ve sent asking for a full refund of monies taken. Only used them because Trustpilot was on their website and seemed reputable which now is very misleading. It’s one big con.

I received a parcel delivered by Courier but arranged by Parcel Monkey UK. The packaging used by the seller was more than adequate (bubble wrap around every part, convoluted foam inserts around everything and bolstered on all sides with cushioning). Unfortunately even with all this the item arrived severely damaged. The seller has been generous enough to fully refund the purchase with the intention of making a claim on the delivery. Now Parcel Monkey UK are asking the seller to provide photos of the damage to the outer and inner packaging with the courier label in shot. If there was damage to the outer or inner packaging I would have taken photos before opening. As there wasnt I proceeded to open the delivery. Only after had I got through the many layers of packaging did I find the damage. I think that this is completely unreasonable to ask the seller to reach out to the recipient for photographic evidence that may not exist in order to process their claim. I also dont believe that Parcel Monkey UK cant access the picture taken by the Courier driver upon delivery. I they checked the Courier picture that be able to see the condition of the parcel upon delivery....... sat around the back of my house on wet decking. The leaving of the parcel without anyone at home would also mean that I would have been unable to reject it if there had been any obvious signs of damage.

I have used Parcel Monkey many times and been pleased, but now I am still sending parcels to my son in Holland at the same address and since we have come out of EU its gone pear shaped, maybe not their fault but they must change there delivery times as they are much longer. Apparently my parcel has been in a distribution Hub since last week and the courier is charging me more money as the parcel is not charged at the volume rate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If you fill in all the dimensions of a parcel and its weight how can it change. VERY DISAPOINTED.

Picked up on time 10days ago. Not yet arrived in Denmark. Usually gets there in 4 days as it did in December. Probably another casualty of the *****ic Brexit.

All appears in order, but awaiting parcel arrival in destination country. Being able to track is useful and ease of dropping item off at local post office.Will continue to use this service.

Booked a next day delivery. Its now a week later and the parcel has still not arrived. Support is awful and I have been unable to get an explanation as to why there are issues and also a date confirming when my parcel will eventually be delivered. Worst customer service. I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.

I booked a collection on Friday, no one turned up. I waited until Monday, still nothing. So I finally reached out on Tuesday morning to see what happened. I was told the driver didn’t turn up, they will rebook a collection for Wednesday and I’ll need to reprint the shipping label and custom document. The package was finally collected on Wednesday afternoon. It is extremely inconvenient to have the package delayed by almost a week and to reprint all the documents especially I don’t have to printer and had to go to the post office to do it.

Booked through Parcel Monkey 20/01/2021 to collect and paid for next day delivery. Was not collected first day??!! Customer eventually received package (Thankfully) on 27/011/2021 Why charge me for next day delivery and dont actually provide the service??? Next time Ill just go through Courier myself......Waste of time

They required more background information than I expected but the process (once Amazon gave me a postcode that parcel monkey would accept) was painless and very good value (since Amazon were paying!

Used the service provided Parcelmonkey twice recently and on both occasions the options offered for a parcel carrier were excellent. Printing an address label were also easy using their printing process. Overall great value & made the choosing a carrier very easy.

My parcel was not collected by hermes, got massively let down, in a mad panic i researched parcel companies and Parcel monkey came up, I gave it a whirl and my parcel was collected the next day. Very happy with their service!

Parcel monkey is unbelievably unprofessional, Ive been charged twice over £40 from them claiming that the parcel I sent weighed more than a person, 5 times more than it actually weighed. weight 13kg, parcel monkey claim 60kg. Thats more than i weigh, they are rude and take a lot of time before they realise their mistake. do not use they will scam you eventually.

Quick and easy to use. Placed order in the evening, picked up by ParcelForce the following day and safely delivered the day after that.

On Sunday I booked 5 dispatches for Mainland UK next day delivery with Courier through PM. Courier made no attempt to collect them on the Monday despite the PM confirmation of the service I had bought. Courier moved the collection to the Tuesday without them or Parcel Monkey telling me. The packages were chilled and I had them sealed and waiting all day. Only when I contacted Courier they said it would be Tuesday collection. By then I needed the parcels delivered as it was for an event that started at 3pm Wednesday. I now didnt trust Courier so I drove them 40 minutes (during covid) to the Courier depot to ensure they got started. Courier "upgraded me" to the Delivered by 10.30 service. Only 1 parcel was delivered by 10.30, 2 were by 3pm, 1 at 4pm and the 5th delivered on Thursday. The whole thing was a failure. My customers were paying for the event and PM and Courier failed and the customers blamed me.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I got from Parcel Monkey, my chosen carrier was DHL and from pick up to drop off was exceptional next day delivery and a great price.
Will definitely use their service again as easy and stress free.

I am just so surprised that they still somehow manage to have an overall 4 star rating here. They never picked up my parcel, delivered to me a parcel that had nothing to do with me and which they never offered to re-collect, and took over 1 month to finally get me a refund. Not only I never got my parcel, someone else had their completely misplaced and nothing was done about it. Total incompetence. I am just relieved that once I get the refund they have finally approved, I can choose to never use them again.
